    Yesterday, I completed 26 weeks, which means 180 days of no M.O. No P.M.O. since February 2022 and yet, there are hardships and struggle against the ediging and other stuff. However, happy to be here, pushing hard. Thanks for your videos, Bob.

    I'm a little behind you Bob on day 8 but I'm going to follow on this journey. I channel my energy into cycling, running and lifting at the gym but 140 days is gonna smash my record of 55 days. lets go.

    Howdy Bob! Thanks for a update video. Doing strong here too (it's my 10th day now going on) and also have some urges every now and then but everything is still ok. I feel that I have much more energy and I feel relieved that I don't have to chase girls or do m:ing in 140 days. It has helped me a lot when I have been thinking that hey, it's the 140 days semen retention challenge going on and Bob is also doing it and he is going strong so I can do it also. This kind of challenge seems to work to me. Using s-energy for creating a better life is very vice thing to do. My meditations are deeper than before and my home is much more cleaner than before and im channeling that s-energy to law studying. Lets do this 140 days challenge! 💪

    Day 11 of 140.
    Going strong. Today I had the hardest urge yet on this journey, most likely because I had only 3 hours of sleep before work and had a chocolate muffin for breakfast. Chocolate is one of the worse triggers for a relapse for me. To counter it I went for a 1 hopur walk and now am quiet for the rest of the day.
    Disclaimer: Since in my country we have 2 Weeks vacation from school, I am most of the time inside. Meaning I am not excercizing apart from walks, watching RUclips and eating somewhat unhealthy. This means I am not experiencing the benefits to the level that they are normaly described and now on day 11 it feels like I've lost those benefits I even had (early flatline maybe?). But what I can definitely say that has changed for me is my mentality, like I've matured mentally to an appropriate level for a 20 year old; and have learned to glide past urges without having to put much effort into it (MOST of the time).
    School starts on monday and have planned to have some other dopamine fasting streaks to reset my mental cache and start going to the gym slowly again. (Going for the long run, don't want to do everything at once and then crash and burn lol)

      Keep going and be ready. The few days before day 60 are even harder 'cause you regain sensitivity and you are loaded. Be strong.

    Day 75 nofap/retention. Some very strong urges this past week but have done well with staying away from triggers/artificial stimulation apart from slipping up on junk food. Let's keep it going!

    Bob, I was on a really good retention streak before you started your challenge and I broke last Saturday. I would still consider it a win because it was with someone I really felt a connection with. Still no PMO though so I’m riding on that streak for sure. On day 7 of retention and suffering the urges like a champ. Thank you for golden tips 🙏🏼 they help so much.

      That's ok. It's not like semen retention is important to do. It's just like a fun little challenge. The main thing is to stay away from PMO.

    Bob I relapsed after nearly 14 days... I have to be honest it was a Friday night yesterday and even though I was aware that I was going the wrong way the urges were so powerful that I almost felt intoxicated until the climax... Back on Day 1 today it seems like I am going through a hangover after a long night of partying and alcohol... Even though staying away from social media and porn is always easiest on day 1 I still think I should appreciate my effort of being successful in it so far... However I am still worried about the next time I get Overwhelmed by the urges especially after day 6-7... I hope and pray that I can follow through with the ideas and strategies you give in your videos to be able to stay strong and not relapse again

    Day 7.. Almost relapsed just a second ago. It was that close.. You know those dark lonely nights. I have a couple of good 30 and 40 day streaks on my belt. Few slips too.. Remeber guys; Pain is weakness leaving the body. Im taking the pain now and will enjoy later. Stay strong.

    I have had some urges to watch and quickly noticed them and diverted my attention away, and did something more positive and enlivening
    Like you mentioned, for me it's also really important to catch the urge as soon as possible and immediately divert attention away, or use another tactic which is really helpful for me, to set a timer for a few minutes, to see if i can just be with the urge for that short period of time, and so far, it always becomes less intense and i am more in control and centered.

      Taylor Johnson talks about negative effect of SR beyond 100 days. NF is one thing but a biological release is another.

      Better concentration,more effective rest, more energy, more interest in women, better quality/more enjoyment of life, work or sports, people take me more seriously, I can control myself better in moments of doubt.

    I do not know if you remember me. I bought your dopamine course and I want to buy the steps course as soon as I can.
    You see, I wanted to ask you a question. I haven't watched any type of p+rn for several months, but sometimes I feel like my s+xual energy is very stagnant, a flat line.
    What I sometimes do in those moments is self-stimulate without using any type of images or even fantasizing. I do it for about 30 seconds until I'm excited, and immediately afterward I focus and get to work on my goals or practice Wim Hof ​​breathing.
    Do you think this could be a form of edging or is it unhealthy? In my experience it helps me mobilize that energy that I feel dead down there.

      Hi. Yes, I do remember you :) No, i don't think that what you are doing is unhealthy. In fact, things like that are the exact things we SHOULD be experiment if the libido has remined sleeping and we want to try to wake it up. I think it's a good thing and you should also try log in more weekly hours / minutes that you spend time around real life girls. Taking dance classes was very helpful for my own libido, for example.     I am on day 8 . My longest streak was 80 days back in 2021 . Since then I can’t make progress. Lots of bad things happening in my life. Lost my job . This time will follow with you . Need to be back in life .

    NNN 2023 is starting, we can just see it as 30 days of hard mode. I completed 3 years in a row, the first one was not free of adult content, the second one was easier to complete with just a few peeks, and the third one was completely porn-free but with a binge relapse on December 1st. This year, I developed a new algorithm to calculate my progress, so no more binging, and do not go back to adult content after December 1st. Last time I binged was at the end of April, and I started to develop the algorithm soon after that.
    My algorithm is an idea of days that I stayed clean, and any relapse event can cause deduction based on the length of event and the number of actresses involved. A short session will deduct 10-20 days, whereas a binge can deduct a few tens of days. M.O without adult content will just deduct a few days, which allows me to accumulate clean days even on easy mode, just a bit slower. I am aiming for 1000 clean days using this algorithm, and I have been stuck in between 30-40 days. It's time to break the bottleneck.

      I like your system. If I were to use something like that I think I'd make a serious pmo session of 6-8 hours put me back maybe 45 days or so

    I am on 53 days on nofap. I have flatline since 25 days nofap. I haven't super power of nofap. When will I reached the power of nofap??? My libido is still low, sometimes I have good libido and good days.

    I want to know smoking affect my recovery from pmo i m a user of pmo but i quit long time and i use alcohol but now i quit alcohol, unable to quit smoking. Still in flatline.

      It might affect it a little bit, but honestly, probably not that much. But you should still quit that nasty habit. It's really bad for your body and the cancer risk.

      Nofap = no porn or masterbation but you can have sex with wife or girlfriend. Semen retention = no release at all.

      Nofap focuses on not using porn. It's a movement where you try to get rid of a problematic porn behavior.
