    Hey Bob. I'm happy to announce that yesterday I completed 90 days of noFap streak for the first time ever. After one year of struggle and failures it is finally done. I did the normal mode as the video says. Feeling better than ever fully energetic and motivated. The benefits are real. I'm gonna stop counting the days now and will continue as long as possible.     eliminating all social media has really helped me out. I'm breaking records everyday at this point going over 2 months.

    Day 88 today for me, feeling no urges at all. Thing is that my mood and almost everything is miles better, but for example my MW is streaky. It comes for a few days in a row and then it disappears for a few days in a row. Very inconsistent still.

    Hi Bob! Many thanks for your video! One additional point please: what do you think about long sessions of music/podcats (generating dopamine) in case of heavy addiction or pied? Is it equivalent to videogames?

      They are nowhere near as stimulating, so I see no problems at all with those.

    Hi Bob, you are so full of experience and knowledge. What's your stance on hard flaccid? Can it be a mixture of pied and hf?

      Thank you for your kind words. I had hard flaccid at one point during my rebooting and when I was addicted. It sucked. I think it's a mixture of pied AND a way too tight pelvic floor. Stretch your pelvic flor every day by going into a deep squatting position while breathing deeply, trying to relax the pelvic area. That, plus rebooting, helped me.

    Easy Thing to do If you wanna reboot your brain ,you have to do the difficult Things ,you get Hit ,enter a mma ,and lift weights ,i was doing nofap but i didnt feel any.change ,but when i start to get a very difficult day ,Like Sparring with Someone and get Hit ,you feel pain ,that pain you need to reboot your brain there Is No other Things

      Yes, they are not just a sign, but actually a very good sign 👍

      @@ScandinavianBob i had a lot of 30 days of no pmo, but everytime i relapsed after that. im again in my 30 days od jo pmo and this time im very stronger than before and i think i can pass urges that became after 30 days. I get a gf recently, and i think being with her gave me a pressure to stay focused to not relapse again. I think those 30 days of no pmo that i had before were not useless and helped me to see some results very faster! I use cdp choline and i do cold showers 2 time every day, and spent a lot of time in nature. Also i do meditation sometimes! I just want to say that in all these difficult days, your youtube page, gave me the best motivations and answered every questions that i had! I check your youtube page every day! Thank you bob! ❤️🫂

    Excellent video! Especially early on in rebooting, I think its very important to be clear about each of these behaviors to avoid unnecessary confusion and slip-ups in the future

      No problem from a rebooting / neurobiological standpoint. It's just up to each and everyone what kind of moral values they have regarding that. If they see no problem with it, then it's fine. But those who are against things like that, should of course stay away from it, in order to not create some kind of cognitive dissonance.

    Hi Bob. Is playing 3 hours of video games a day moderate enough? I still get out and exercise, long walks and socialise. Video games and music help me relax at the end of the day. Thanks

      I think that should be perfectly fine for you. You should still recover just fine.

      Thank you very much for your answer. One more question if you wouldn’t mind, I drink once on a weekend with my friends (a fair few pints after the football) and also have the occasional pint in midweek but that’s less often. Would that be an ok amount recommended for PIED recovery?

      The amount recommended is zero. But you will recover. You should know, though, that all instant dopamine activities add up. Keep stacking too many of them, and you will for sure cross the line at some point. For fastest recovery, the healthier the better. But that's not the same as to answer if you will recover or not. You will probably recover with that amount, but will it take longer than if you didn't drink? Probably, yes.

      Manual hand stimulation, for example in the bathroom, without any visual or audio help. Or the the best "test" if all if we're talking about pied is with a real life partner.
