Thank you Mary! I combined this week’s workout with last week’s arm workout. Perfect combo. My goals for this year are to focus more on inner thighs (I often overlook this area) and posture improving upper body exercises. Would love some classes focused there! But I’m a fan of all your workouts so count me in on them all 🎉
I love those goals! I actuallly have a brand new back & arms posture focused class is coming in early Feb. What about an inner thighs/outer glutes class?
