    Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    I love how Lilly does workouts that are doable yet intense! Idk but I think I'm getting better. I'm probably too young for the lean method but exercizing with your mini workouts is enough for the start!

    Hi lilly. I am waching your videos since a long time and i also had great results. My request is that can u make a video for height increase. Actually i am very stressed for my height. I am 13 years old and my height is only 4'11. NOT EVEN 5 FEET😢😢. So can u please help me. I am not growing for around 3 years. Hope you will read my comment and make a video for same.

    I was wondering if you can do even harder I don’t feel it because I think my core is strong but I can’t get rid of that fat (btw I do gymnastics) can you do one to get rid of stubborn belly fat?

      If you seriously want to burn fat, I do not advise you to follow this exercise alone because it is based on showing and strengthening the abdominal muscles, so even if you strengthen the muscles, they will not appear as long as there is fat covering them,
      so you should start with cardio exercises to burn fat
      Do this exercise after you finish your cardio workout. If this is too much for you, there are ten-minute exercises that combine burning fat and building muscle
      you will feel better after two weeks
      But if you don't carry a lot of fat in ur tummy just follow this workout for two weeks or more

      @@eshitanirwan Due to the format of the classes, since they are divided into too many parts (normally 5 parts including muscle activation and among others) which I feel makes it more complicated, I would like it to be all in one video. In addition to the fact that classes suddenly pause and I have tried different wifis but it is not a thing of the wifi connection, it simply does not work and it is frustrating
