    I feel ashamed as I subscribed years ago, did the workouts and had great results and never left a comment.
    Lilly, your workouts gave me a great body after my two kids. I do 7mins every day, no more time left but it did wonders, I am 44 and have better aby than in my 20s😂.much love from Germany ❤

    starting from today i'll be doing this for a month, 4 times a week (Sunday, Tuesday , Thursday, Friday) along with a calorie deficit and an intermittent fast, i also go to the gym Monday to Friday working on body recomposition
    Today my measurements are: lower belly = 96cm
    : upper = 81cm
    : waist = 78cm
    Day 1 :My core was on firee, I couldn't go through all of the exercises but i pushed, didn't do the last 2

    Day 1 24/11/24 - i had to pause almost every 30 seconds because I'm so out of shape and it hurt SO BAD. gonna try to document my journey doing this exercise just to prove to myself that I can do it :") But right now it's really feeling like an impossible task!

    hey guys!
    so im gonna be doing this for like a month and ill be updating you guys, if i forget please like comment or like or something like that! i also do another lily sabri one so i may or may not get different results
    day 1 ✅: my core was killing me, some i physically couldnt do so i just did the 7th workout instead!
    day 2 ❌ : i couldnt do it, i walked over 15k steps and did some cardio stuff so i think that made up for it :)
    day 3 ❌ : had my period
    day 4 ✅: i did it, it burned but it felt good, i couldnt do some because of my period, but it was fine :)

    Anyone had problems with the lean subscribtion?? I suscribed for a year during the black friday offer and i still had money taken from my account for a monthly suscribtion TWICE ( isnt it supposed to be a monthly suscribtion so why did they even taken money twice) custumer service USELESS felt like talking to a robot
