(if you want to please like to remind me!!) day 1 - was able to do it w out breaks but definitely burned!! day 2 - was able to do it but it burned wayyy more! day 3 - was able to do w out but the burn omg especially on the last one day 4 - completed but it’s getting easier! day 5 - done! starting to feel a difference!

Lilly hands down is one of the best trainers on RUclips. Her energy and attitude towards pilates and working out, physiotherapy and health is contagious and encouraging. Lilly's workouts always kick my butt and make me feel stronger. I do use the Lean app for longer workouts. That and Lilly's free videos and programs have really made me feel a lot stronger and more confident in myself. Thank you so much 🎉🎉🎉

I REALLY love your workouts. I do pretty much of weighted workouts, but I still struggle to do yours even though they look not so challenging at first. I wish I could join your Lean method, but I'm from Russia and I can't just buy it. 😢 this damn policy Thank you so much for making some free videos as well, I love it ❤
All these exercise if done regularly will it burn stubborn fat from upper and lower belly? Also do you recommend portion control in diet for more better result ?
Fat could be burn just with déficit calories and also cardio, hiit o strength training. These exercises Will make abs stronger, but It Will be still under the fat
Doing this for a week Day 1:✅ honestly really tiring. My legs are sore! Day 2: ✅ I had track which made me sore but finished it. It wasn’t too bad! Day 3: ✅ not too hard! I don’t see any results yet!!
Try a memory one or a thick yoga matt. Don't use something to unstable or to big cuz your back will no longer get in contact with the floor and with time other problems may appear. Try what you can do and feel comfortable doing. Good job for trying either way🎉
