SSR rail train hauled by an antiques road show of locomotives is seen making a pause at Gheringhap before laying rails along the western line near Inverleigh. Quite a selection of old Locos here, 42103 GM10 and VL355 were being transferred to South Australia, the 49s ran back to Melbourne two days later.

Another look at one of the Queanbeyan trucks, this time one of the general waste units tackling the run in Karabar on a Monday morning. Note there are still a number of tall Sulo 140L bins around for garbage, quite a few bins from the old O’Sullivans days still exist in the council which is pretty cool, I also think the trucks JJ Richards run here look top notch in that green colour scheme.

When the train station and the new rail ways in geelong are finished u should Loki film it.
This truck has now joined it’s other Geelong unit SL00896 over in Adelaide as a spare truck for Port Adelaide Enfield.

Gotta love this truck hey. A great and unique pice of machinery. About time someone got a decent video of #91, seen a lot of photos in the past but a video is way overdue. Can’t beat the classic wheelie waste orange. Shame many of their older beasts are been retired. This is the only Acco dart they have left? I think the others are Volvo Bucher/spaks. Any more Wheelie waste to come? Good job mate.
This is their only Acco dart left, and it’s not used regularly anymore. Correct the new units are Volvos with single pass, I don’t currently have any more footage, unless I make another trip out and record more but that is unlikely.

Quite a nice truck you got on film here. Think these ones are the last ‘known’ running darts in Australia. What else does Warrnambool run in their collection fleet? On top of that do they still run their nigh-time collections? Good video though max, definitely a rare capture.
Not quite, there are other “known” darts around. Wheelie waste only run new Volvo Gen6 units in Warrnambool for the night collections.

Interesting video here, I like their little set up going on here, i’ve always wondered what it would be like living in a private collected area in terms of bins, and it’s a hit and miss, with if there’s something cool or not
Most of the bins in this video belong to caravan parks so no one really lives here. Normally this is now done by a Volvo split truck so you’re right about that

Love the truck comparison from 8:10, what a speed contrast that was! 😂 Boroondara must be one of my favourite Melbourne councils to see videos from, always love the long tree lined streets, seems like such a nice area... looked even cooler when the green waste bins had orange lids 👌 Glad you got this truck, refreshing to see and listen to, even operating at idle it's nice to hear that hydraulic whirring with some grunt behind it. I reckon the first 15sec of engine audio here was more enjoyable than what you get from 10min of a Euro 5 ACCO sound haha
Haha didn’t take the in-house dude long to go “fuck this shit” and wiz passed! Such a nice area but it’s been my least favourite to record videos in, loads of entitled rich people yelling at us. Spewing I missed getting onto it when they had the red lids. This was a mint truck to shoot, made sure to include a couple more exhaust side shots because I know some people appreciate them :)

@@Bendigo_garbo You will find that a lot of the old accos from the former fleet have been retained. From I believe, 7-9 were kept and renumbered and a mini axle GenV number 12. The last time i saw that was recently. It did recycle which was headed towards Visy Bellfield to tip off. 17-19 are also still around with their original numbers
