I am having such a hard time finding information on how to reset creatures cause they all have 4-5 stars now & I can't even play the game now.

UAF on a sliding scale is luke-warm, with most of the actual ship weapons being fairly mid with very few that stand out. UAF has generally high loadout costs supplemented by relatively tame stats that sheer brute force of something like the Bultac, the range of the ED, or even the raw stats of [Redacted] Unknown weapons dont justify? The thing that makes UAF good is their fighters and missiles. Semi-Brev make most things turn into powder, even the dumbest modded nonsense can't ignore the sheer mass of them that can be funneled into the rear thrusters without even breaking the DP bank. The best of their fighters are actually just frigates and light destroyers masquerading as starfox pilots. The UAF can brawl with high tech energy, hit and run with their lower Capital L class ranged weapons, or do the mid line strategy and send endless waves of missiles. Thats the problem though, not a lot stands out besides their super capitals. All of the UAF missiles regenerate over time and so can a fraction of their hulls, in unison with supporting ships the UAF is extremely reliable. The most noteworthy thing that they DON'T have at all is beam tech, the high alpha strike damage of missiles and mid-line range dakka is tough to break, but consistent sustained DPS is not really present in all but 2 of the dozens of weapons they field. Both of the tahlan factions are juiced with stupid amounts of built in's and their weapons are intentionally over tuned, crisis factions do a lot of things. Legio has it all, everything is intentionally over tuned. Unlike the UAF, everything regenerates including hull AND armor . . . never let their ships fly away. They are like the Hivers, either kill them or lose to attrition. No amount of missile spam or fighters can beat functionally immortal flying robots that limp away. The legio actually like to punish certain kinds of fleets too. Too many small frigates allows them to ram and bumper car them, with the larger ships just 1 shooting them with the large slots should it hit. Lesson learned. :) I love UAF because it has so many fairly tame options outside of the Brev spam. You can run low or high tech, carriers and capitals or wolf pack all day. But you really need to bring what is good to each specific engagement when you know the bounty target.

This has helped open my mind to the building functioning so much like I can’t believe how much this little 5-6 gig game has packed in it like it truly is one of the games of the decade and they keep updating it for free like no mans sky it’s unreal

Revisiting your series. Man I remember back when I was a fledgling pilot and did RANDOM CORE WORLDS after modding the game to the teeth. Imagine my surprise half the content was missing. HAHAHAHAHA :(

you shouldn't have transponder on at hyperspace .. it just makes you scream to everyone HERE I AM .. pirates, hostile factions, attack me if you want!

you can create / find stable locations with a ... ai-core fly into the sun .. i THINK it was a alpha core you need

You can also cultivate the ground by burning the grass.

I do believe that it's time to reenable the UAF in my Star Sector playthroughs.

Can I use it to set specific mob drops? I'm looking for a mod that lets me change it so Fenrings drop fenris fur and claws! I'd also have Golems drop silver ore.

One some friends did on another server, we used Futhark runes. Since the font is already in game, we can use it in the signs. We used a site to translate words into the runes, then copied into the game.

Honestly the only reason I don't use Core Wood for building walls or flooring like this is because of how quickly it ramps up instances compared to standard walls. A 4x4 meter wall is only 4 Wood Walls, but would be 8 or 12 core beams.

I think it was a good start, you did sound like you where new to the game at this point but it was still good. I would add a focus on the mechanics and get a better hook for your videos, that might help. You have a awesome faction that could have been your starting hook in the thumbnail.
