A New Wood Yard for Me - A Pumpkin Patch for The Kids!
Today we are using the 35 hp LS Tractor to move the rest of an old asphalt grinding driveway. I finally got the last of what I needed to get out of the driveway so that I can plant some grass seed and blend the yard. I definitely won’t let it go to waste, so I moved it to the new wood yard location for future wood splitting. It created a great working area for me to split wood that’s nice and shady. I was also able to get the pumpkin patch tilled for my kids. Switching from the box blade to the tiller was a breeze with the Pats Easy Change. I explain the process of switching 3 point implements using the system. Thanks for watching! Like and subscribe!

Pond Water Test Results- The Foundation to Pond Maintenance
Просмотров 79Месяц назад
In this video I go over the results from a water test of my pond. I also apply the recommendations I received with the results. Getting a water test on your pond should be the foundation to any pond maintenance program. Getting a pond water test takes the guess work out of what is actually going on in the water quality. If you are having trouble with algae, duckweed, water clarity, cyanobacteri...

Why didn’t u put anti seize on the mating surface of the hub
Just checking on how long that vevor aerator last?
It’s been a year so far. I have ran it nonstop ever since I installed it.
75+ cords with my 460 rancher, always starts on 3rd pull, stock spark plug and filters still. DEPENDABLE, (unlike every damn stihl I've ever had!)
Right on brother! Same here!!
Get some good ballast for the back tractor (800lbs)and that will work well for the cattails!
What about a year-round pump for a big pond. To suck the water on a concrete structure .
But a floating aeration would work. something solid.
Are you talking about a fountain? A fountain is better than nothing, but it is no match to a subsurface aerator. Subsurface aerators move way more water and brake water stratification. They also add more dissolved oxygen in the water.
Spypoint has a new camera with a solar panel built in and a lithium battery built in
These seem clunky. Ill stick with QH15
Not clunky at all. QH are great as long as you have all new implements. Pats Easy works with them all. Old and new. Thanks for watching!
Just purchased one from garage sale.... No Instructions! Thank you for a perfect informative 2 minute video!
Absolutely! Glad it helped!!
Love it. Pretty clever ! Look outor safety sam..I'm sure he will be along soon lol !! I think its a great idea what your doing there !
Great video. Steps easy to follow. Clear and concise. Good job. Well thought out.
Thanks! Glad it helped!
good stuff thanks for your work in putting this together! I had a DIY system I built in 1996 using a continuous duty graphics art pump, it was 10x the hassle and 5x the cost back then, just ordered this kit, love the diffusion especially
Absolutely pal! Glad I could help! Good luck. Let me know how it goes!
Looks great !
Love how your lab was like "I'm done...I'm going inside." Great setup!
Haha! He’s my buddy. He goes everywhere with me. Thanks Brad!
In the same position as you.....no fresh water source yet at my property. This looks like it works great...nice job !
Thanks pal! It is definitely nice to have a water source now. It will be better when I have something more permanent.
I agree. I keep hoping to have a well drilled at my property. Still saving up ! I like this setup you have alot !
Gusto ko yan
Gracias!
There things are the bomb. The quick attach doesn’t fit anything right, especially the top link hook.
Heck yeah! I agree with you.
Pat's all the way brother ! 5 years ..no regrets !
Yes sir! I don’t know how I did it without them.
Great video. Thanks for sharing. How expensive is to run the aerator? have you noticed and increase in the power bill?
Thank you! It cost me a little over $1 a day to run non stop. Obviously it all depends on how much your electric company charges per kilowatt.
Why didn't you put emergency brake in service mode like your supposed to ?
I’m not sure you watched my video. I definitely did.
Aren't they metric fastners?
Where are u located? Does the pond ice over? Thanks
I’m located in south east Ohio. Pond stays open all winter with the aerator on.
@TripleTAcres cool I'm in Kansas was wanting to know that. Thanks for the reply
@@michaeladams3490 absolutely pal! Take care!
You look an awful lot like my friend Jeff Tipple
😜
Great video. What's the deck size? Thx for sharing your knowledge.
Thanks! I’m running the 48” deck. But you can get the same mower with 52” or 60” deck.
I am with you on the turf tires spinning and sliding. I changed mine to a more aggressive ATV tire as I mow slightly off camber along my road frontage and was sliding sideways from time to time and that is an uneasy feeling. I am happy with the new tires.
That’s a great idea! I’m going to have to do that. I slip constantly.
When you install a banjo fitting you need one copper crush washer on each side of the fitting. They were probably shipped with both crush washers on one side to prevent loose pieces. You should probably disassemble the banjo fittings and correct that to avoid leaks in the future.
Thanks for the insight! I’ll check it out. 👊🙏
Nice vid! Looks like a fantastic job your doing !
Thanks bud!
Very informative video, thank you. Im late , its out of stock. Wondering how much it was so i can compare the specs and price with other brands. Thank you
Hey buddy, thanks! I paid around $276 for this pump.
Love that it comes with rear remotes ! Tough tractors!
For sure! Most tractor brands you have to pay quite a bit extra for them.
I just ordered this and received it today. My only issue is that they show it comes with two 10" diffusers and I received two 8" diffusers. In my mind, this makes a huge difference. I have contacted them via email and sent them pics of the wrong size diffusers, so hopefully they will make good on this. but reading all the nightmare stories about this company on Reedit, I'm not getting my hopes up.
No pellets?
Can’t cook without them.
Just keep an eye out for bedded fawns. Keep that bucket high like in the time lapse.
Absolutely. I was very careful!
Grease pins and c clamp could damage parking brake actuator, use proper tool to push pistons in.
Great video to start my day with a cup of coffee ! Great job ! Loving that LS tractor !
Thanks buddy! 👊
That's a really cool mower right there. I can see this in my future !
It’s super cool!
This is the best explanation of changing rear breaks that I have seen. Very descriptive and thorough. Thank you
Thanks for the kind words!!!
Thanks for getting that on camera ! Nice to know how it's supposed to go...instead of just reading about it..and imagining it ! Btw....I laughed as you had to wipe off the gauge cluster ! That's all I've been doing lately..wiping off polen and dust !
Right on brother! Yeah, nothing but dust and pollen! 🤣
Fun video. I have a factory backhoe with my tractor and the Pats system doesn’t work for me. It takes much longer to install or remove. The quick hitch…operationally… is much faster than this. You just line up the top hook and you’re done. I don’t even have to leave the cab of my machine with most implements. It also pairs nicely with a hydraulic top link and that also benifit all of your implements. The only negative is that…with a quick hitch…it makes it harder to reach your PTO.
Thanks brother! I agree. There is positive and negative with each system. I think either one is A LOT better than the old way. I appreciate your input!
I love your channel by the way!
@@TripleTAcres why thank you! I’ve enjoyed yours as well!
Great weather for mowing buddy ! Looks great !
Heck yeah! It started raining on me a little.
Just bought a nice used one with no instructions. SO GLAD I saw this before firing it up. Well done
Heck yeah! I’m glad it helped!
Looks great!
Thanks! I just made a great tractor even better!
Great informative video ! I remove my loader so often...that i wore out the hydraulics quick disconnects lol. Ive been a Kubota guy my whole life...but for some reason..the LS tractors peak my curiosity. Seems like you get alot of tractor for a good price. How are you liking yours ?
Thanks pal! I couldn’t be happier with it!
Slick install right there ! Makes it nice when the tractor just comes with the rear remotes . All tractors should ! I've longed for a hydraulic top link ...but the cost of the rear remote kit has always stopped me. So I keep a cresent wrench and hammer handy for my screw type top link lol ! Thank you for the video!
Thanks brother! I agree! It should be standard on every tractor.
when do u put the pellets in
You have to add the pellets before you start anything.
We are trying to find a source for barley straw to help with controlling the algae, and if we get that done, will again get some grass carp for the hydrilla. Thanks.
I’m stocking June 19th getting the 3/4 hp with dual diffusers for my 1acre pond I have a pennisula dividing it! Just ordered this exact setup! New sub here shoutout from Texas!
Yeah! Let’s go!! Glad to have ya! 👊
How long have you had the aerator installed, and how long before the huge pods of floating algae went away?
I installed the aerator July 2023. It has ran non stop. It didn’t take long for my algae to go away. The aerator is just the first step in handling the algae problem. I did more than just put the aerator in. Check my other videos out on pond maintenance. I go over key components to help with that. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Another great and helpful video ! I'm going to do this also..helps take the guesswork out of things ! Never knew this was a thing..until I watched your vid!
Just finished replacing the pads on my 2018 F150. Your video was money. Thanks amigo 🫡
My pleasure pal! Glad it helped!!
Nice video !! Looks like a great way to go !
Any information on the 47 hp 4x4 LS
What would you like to know?
All you can tell me I have a solis 40 2wd not happy ,
@houstonbrown3450 The MT347 is a great Tractor! It weighs about 4,000 lbs without ballast. It has a rear hitch lift capacity of 2,755 lbs and the front loader will lift 2,680 at the pivot pin. PTO HP 39.9. It has 4wd and a locking rear end.
