they make 3 versions of the 3point to SSQA adapter the one that is heavy duty is $429 at your door. it was cheapest on amazon. i also gut the toplink horseshoe adapter and have the top link hook on the bench in my shop. my tractor is 50hp and 6700 lbs so i needed the heavy one
Not sure what state you live in. You can get in alot of trouble in certain states doing this. I think it's ridiculous but laws are laws. Just a FYI. Looks alot better without them
It’s legal in my state. That seems ridiculous if that’s the case in other states. Then again I’m on private property. I imagine those laws are there for people living on a public lake. Technically the state would own the plant at that point. Good looking out! And thanks for the comment!
I rented an excavator last time I did this same task . Good job coming up with an alternative to try ! Been enjoying your vids..catching up on all of them !
Thanks pal! I’m always looking for alternative ways to get some tasks done around the property. Sometimes renting the excavator is the answer for sure. I appreciate the kind words and thanks for watching!

TBH, I didn't think you were gonna get out the first time!!
Haha! I didn't either. I almost slid in sideways a few times off camera. I had to throw in the towel until it dries out some.
Get some good ballast for the back tractor (800lbs)and that will work well for the cattails!
tractor supply had a 7 foot landscape rake so i just got a cheap one. $1000 or so i think
Way to use what you got!!! Good thinking. Maybe time to get some AG tires, and put them backwards for this yearly task.
Thanks brother! Great idea!

i did the same thing but the landscape rake worked better if you have one
I agree. The rake would have worked better. That’s one attachment I need to get for sure.

For as much as our tractors cost...we need to think of every single way to utilize them ! I agree 100% !
