Turning a Grade Blade into SNOW PLOW- SSQA to 3 Point Adapter

- This is a game changer attachment for your tractor! In this video I show you how I converted a 3 point grader blade to a snow plow using a Skid Steer Quick Attach (SSQA) to 3 point adapter. I also highlight several other uses for the adapter and how it can change other implements you may have into another application. For instance a boom pole can be a mini crane. The adapter can also be used to move trailers around with the 2 inch trailer hitch receiver built into the platform. I’m sure you can see the value in having one of these! I’m so glad I found it myself.

check out the 3 converters they make at titan.
i use it for back blading mainly
Right on!
i used the old john deere model 80 series 2 blade. the poly edge made it not put marks in driveways and quiet. the adapter was 429 i think
That’s awesome! I’ll check it out!
i built the same thing last fall. i put a poly urethane cutting edge on it. i used the titan adapter
Heck yeah!!
How's this work plowing snow on gravel? Seems like it would dig in pretty easily.
If it’s frozen it’s not too bad. You have to treat it just like a regular snow plow and keep it up off the ground a little when plowing snow on gravel. I have heard people fabricate a pipe to mound on the bottom cutting edge to round it off. I imagine that would work pretty good.
@@TripleTAcres on gravel that's not frozen spin the blade around and push the snow with the back of the blade.
@@ClintMiller-zc5xt great point! That should definitely help.
Have you had any problems with it ?
Nope, it works great!
