  • In this video I use my LS XR3135 35hp Tractor and a 5' Kodiak Rotary Cutter to mow my over grown food plot. I take you through the process of mowing down a food plot filled with cereal rye and clover. Watch as I explain the benefits of maintaining a healthy food plot and the steps involved in cutting back the rye to promote better growth for the clover underneath. The clover is especially important right now because deer are producing fawns, and studies show that clover is excellent for milk production, which is crucial for the fawns' growth and development. Whether you're a seasoned food plot enthusiast or just getting started, this video will give you valuable insights and tips. Just keep an eye out for bedded fawns. Keep that bucket high like in the time lapse.
