Pond Water Test Results- The Foundation to Pond Maintenance

In this video I go over the results from a water test of my pond. I also apply the recommendations I received with the results. Getting a water test on your pond should be the foundation to any pond maintenance program. Getting a pond water test takes the guess work out of what is actually going on in the water quality. If you are having trouble with algae, duckweed, water clarity, cyanobacteria, fish kills, and other pond nuisances, then this should be your first step in correcting it. The test results reviled that I have a high amount of Ammonia and an elevated amount of Phosphates. Both findings are detrimental to the health of fish and water quality. Correcting these levels should be top priority. I would have never known if it wasn't for the water test kit. The pond test that used was provided by ‪@NaturalWaterscapes‬.
