I am a petite lady at about 5 ft 1with a gut that needs to go my back!😂. Can I still recomp on a deficit or on a maintainance? Is it a slight one or the recommended 15-20% less?

@@ContehPerformance 2003 I was 220, I took fat burners 1200 calories workout cardio more protein than carbs no soda or alcohol, it wasn't healthy, and I barely made it through lol
@ I'm not a big fan of Extreme diets, I believe in calorie deficit and cutting out the processed foods! Healthy balence!
