      nothing specific, just reached for organic potatoes. really want to focus eating golds foods and get away from processed !

    Hey bud !! How many grams of protein are you having jn 1800 calories per day ?? I am also on 2500 maintenance…. And aiming for 2000 calories per day

      i am currently consuming 220grams of protein, want to keep the protein high for muscle growth!

      make sure you keep the fats at 20 percent of your macros and reduce the carbs. but the protein is a must!!!

      @@ContehPerformance I am also getting 220/240 grams of protein although leaves small amount for carbs and fats ….. curious how many grams of carbs and fats is possible on 1800/2000 calories per day
