I just got my third dui last night….last one was 8 years ago… I had stopped drinking completely but relapsed….. is there any advice… or even any hope left?….

howdy.... i was recently charged with DUI / criminal trespass /harassment by communication /simple assault; ...that being said.. I will try to sum up my story for you in a short chapter, so I can get to the question I have for you, if you happened to read my.. I recently had a dispute with the animal control in the county I live in, and that resulted in my neighbor's telling me they witnessed seeing their vehicle and femaLe "officers" came and took my dogs(of three.5 yearz)...from my house and...sad part was I was home... ...now whut yoU need to know about me is that I don't have any children.. i live alone... and can count all my friends on 1hand...so, my dogs.. basically..is all the motivation i had/needed tew wake up for, in the morningz and look forward to having wheN coming home... ..so i didn't place guilt, i just went to the animal shelter to ask some questions about how/where they take the dogs to get spayed and neutered... Because I looked online and they (animal control) claimed that they receive around 200+ dogs/month.. ..so all I went there to do is ask where do they transfer the dogs to and where they had the dog spayed, that they "receive"... Because karma(my dawg) was not spayed.. so...i arrive at the animal shelter outside the gate.. in the parking lot, for about 15 minutes writing questions down that I need to ask them when they open...i was early.. ... Then I get out of my truck, and walk around the parking lot, for about another 15min or so, just waiting for them to open.. and then animal control officer comes out and we talked..i spoke with three officers.. they came outside the gate, I never went inside the property.. we talked for about 10 or 15 minutes, and I couldn't get an honest answer from any of them.. but, one of them had called the police, and I was unaware of that.. and Also, you may need to know that I am a carry concealed permit owner and I carry proudly..alldAy and ever3dAy.. and az I was at this time, of course.. ... but when I bonded out of jail after 3 (bs)days.. my pistol and rifle were still in the truck when I had to get my truck out of tow.. ... So back to my situation.. the officer showed up, and placed me in handcuffs.. I did three of the sobriety test, but when the officer requested a breathalyzer... I denied and was takin to jail... the arresting officer then printed out a "warrant"and took me to the police department, and took my blood.. I requested an attorney multiple times, and made sure he and the other(deputy's/animal control "officers") we're recording..The other charges came from false accusations from the Karen(animal control "officer") that did not.....and I repeat... Did NOT like the questions I was asking them.. so, wheN I denied the breathalyzer, I stated to the officer if y'all thought I was under the influence... Y'all would already have me in the back of the car.. ...allll that being said.. here iz mi queStioN.. .. is it possible to be charged with dui, and be carrying on person chamber and everything?... And keep your guns. When you weren't even behind the wheel and no one witnessed me driving?.. but a DUI is DRIVING under the influence..correct? ..I have a hired attorney..and know the shallow basics of law, and I've represented myself in traffic cases..but i just watched your video and, wondered what your advice would be in my situation.. ..if you have the time to reply, it would be greAtly appr3ciAted.. i lost my job,my dog.. my reputation..and reason for caring for anything.... ...any advice would really help.. thank you for your time in/if you get a chance to read this!

What if an officer claims to smell alcoholic beverage at a traffic stop and I have the condition vector😢 hepaticus which causes an alcohol smell but it’s due to liver disease? I have had blood tests in the past when my breath smelled like alcohol but were negative and likely due to this condition. Would that invalidate an officer’s claim of smelling alcoholic beverage? I did not agree to breathalyzer or bloodwork. Thank you

Thank you for the information. I have been a victim of these things. Your information is accurate and the problem is you have to have OJ symptoms lawyers get off all the lawyers and all the police are in. On fucking you over they don’t care about the truth and they have no idea of mental illness and they mess with the machines and they all have each other‘s asses and we can’t afford million dollar lawyers we cannot stand up for ourselves. Don’t ever call the police on anybody unless you’re killing somebody or I mean if they’re really drunk they should not drive not drinking and drive but I mean everything you say is true. We have loved ona property for 14 years in ct which has a 15 year requirement. The neighbors house has a large amount of woods coming up to the lawn of our house. A couple years back they cut down all their trees, now it sucks because we are looking at their house all the time, there is no privacy. We have horse fence up around the lawn which existed when we moved in to keep our dogs in. One day we see a surveyor putting stakes in what we thought was our lawn. We called the neighbor and they said domt worry, but one day we might ask you to move it. Last week they told us to after we have stared at these temporarily wooding stakes for 1.5 years. Now keep in mind the fence basically is at an angle to the property line of our fence. Their is much more of our property on the other side of our fence on one end vs the part that crosses our lawn we have mowed for 14 years that apparently is theirs. On top of it they are being jerks. We asked them who their surveyor was and they refused to tell us. We said wellwe are not moving it until we know they were staked by a legal surveyor, they said we were not being neighborly and they were putting them out and they would go searching for it, 2 minutes later they had it. Tne surveyor has not returned our calls. The temp survey stake in question has written on it permanent marker and there is a pink ribbon on a tree a few feet right by our fence. I have read the ground stakes are not always accurate as they can be moved and am not sure if that temp marker is just noting that location, or if they surveyed it properly. I feel cheated as this lawn was clealy advertised as belongings to our house and we have maintained it, not in an effort to steal it but because we thought it ours. On top of it the neighbors never go outside whereas we use it all the time. The clincher is if i move the part over the line im moving the part on our side to the border as well, and they will lose more land. I find it absurd that borders drawn by people lonf dead are more important than those used by living people. The people that lived here before us are the ones that expanded the lawn over the border and never got called out on it for 30 years, and how we suffer and i feel we have done nothing wrong.

You could be watched more carefully by loss prevention employees, store security guards, and even snitches whenever you shop again at stores, if you do get out of jail on bail or an I-bond for shoplifting. Just like registered sex offenders even if you are not! You will be watched, and you will not be free! All of these potential legal consequences simply for scanning at a self-checkout without any intent to commit larceny? This is not good! Tough times! Worse times!

Going one step further: hide the keys/starter fob under a nearby bush or rock or something. If you get hassled, let it slip that you don't have the keys, then shut up. Don't answer "where are they" even with an "I don't know"--exercise your right to remain silent. It should be much harder to be convicted if they can't prove you were capable of operating the vehicle.

Cop here. I agree that it helps to not drive under the influence. With that being said, everyone is entitled to a fair trial and appreciate the defense attorneys who ensure that.

What do you think about the potential of illegal immigrants learning about "squatters rights" and what is there potential that they could steal houses from American citizens? or is our legal system set up in a way to stop this?

If adverse possession requires to squat in the property for 7 to 20 years depending on the state why do so many squat in bank owned homes when surely the institution is going to get the property ready for sale within a year? If I had to guess it's because their true intention is actually to receive cash for keys from the bank. If their intention was adverse possession it would make more sense to squat in a probate house where the beneficiary lives out of state.

Question: About a month ago, I was pulled over for a DUI approximately about 10 minutes after I left a concert. The first thing they said was I was doing 50 in a 40 and doing improper lane usage, even though most likely I was trying to dodge potholes. They made me get out and instantly performed a sobriety field test on me, I stood on one leg and didn't fall one time, next , they made me do the breathalyzer, I was over the towns limit, and they arrested me. Was that fair?

I had a DUI in 11/21 because I run out of the road in a curb for picking up my cell phone to put Pandora music app..in my car..Got an attorney who said was going to ask for the calibration of the breathaliser and I don't think he did it... He charged me 3.000 dollars and didn't help me...took 1 yr to close the case and get sentenced...all with license suspended...plus the DMV said to me the records showed the police had me blow 2 times the machine...15 minutes apart....got convicted on 01/12/22 got a 6 month program... CDL license suspended on. .08 alcohol..since the accident.... finally got reinstated with my license back but now nobody wants to hire me...and I don't know how long before I will be given the privilege to get back to trucking I drive long from California to TX and back... When I lived there in the 80s a former convict not to own a firearm pertained to those convicted of a crime of violence. The definition of a firearm at that time meant a barrel of 15" or less. Pennsylvania has gotten much more blue since I moved out of there in 1990.
