  • NOTE: This is not a reflection of my true opinion on the case - my opinion is more nuanced than this - I will share it when the jury deliberates - but this is a (much) abbreviated version of a closing argument in defense of Amber Heard...

Excellent! This is what I expect lawyers to want to do. I have zero lawyer experience or knowledge but I remember in debate class, the teacher would just throw you a subject & you had to make the argument for whichever side. You had to be prepared for both & on any topic. I’ve seen too many ppl stroking their own opinions & creating mass echo chambers on this case. I understand this doesn’t not reflect your personal opinions on the case.

Interesting point about people seeing the characters Depp played and not the person. An example of someone who was immensely talented but a vile human being was Peter Sellers.

You might be right, Joe. It's possible that a jury could find the statements to be truthful even if they think she was the primary abuser. This isn't a contest of which person is worse. There are two questions, suit and countersuit. Was Depp abusive? Was Heard abusive? They can both be true. They can both lose their respective cases. Overall Depp might be the "victim", but that's not the operative question.

You call yourself a lawyer? The level of incompetency you have demonstrated in this case is quite baffling. I honestly can't believe you passed the bar exam!!

You OK Joe? Johnny Depp's attorneys have proven a negative. Very tough to prove something didn't happen. Amber Heard was a terrible witness. She will actually lose this case. But you played the role of Johnny Depp, as Perry Mason perfectly. Donate to Heards Go Fund Me as per Joe Pometto. (He'd never heard of Heard. Her German head mistress' outfit was suggested by Joe) Why he wants fewer subs and clients is baffling. 😉

Sorry but have to disagree with you, Amber has been shown to be a compulsive liar, she is nothing more than a nasty piece of work.
