This is fascinating stuff, Joe and I think you're covering a very important topic. There's a lot of ignorance/misinformation over the legal issues concerning drugs. In the UK the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 categorised drugs according to harm. Heroin was Class A, and marijuana was Class B. Sometime around year 2000 marijuana was reclassified as Class C. A lot of people thought that meant it was now legal. Wrong. Marijuana has since been reclassified to Class B. Judging by what I can smell on the streets of Norwich the authorities are turning a blind eye to recreational use of marijuana. Something marijuana users should be aware of is the amount of time marijuana stays in the human body. A British writer who specialises in drug (mis)use is a psychiatrist by the name of Professor Davidf Nutt.
I just renewed my concealed carry permit the other day this is another reason why I will not get a marijuana prescription card even though I could if I wanted to, you cannot possess a marijuana prescription card and possess a concealed carry permit at the same time
I've been told the games on the side of the highway, like touching your nose, heel to toe take 9 steps nonsense are "voluntary" and that you should NEVER do them. In PA, which is where I live, is this true? Are these silly games on the side of the road mandatory?
AFAIK, the only test you have to take under pain of losing your license is a breathalyzer.
If they are not voluntary, what happens in you refuse to play these games? Also, what if you cannot do them due to physical limitations like bad knees or back or something?
Never talk to the police. That's what attorneys are for. I don't answer questions without an attorney present, officer. I don't do field sobriety tests, officer.

I'd argue that I smoke weed every day. I'm over the legal limit 24/7 even if I don't smoke for a month. So there's no way they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt I was high when I was pulled over. People beat these charges that way all the time.
