method 1 (Salsa verde cremosa)
recipe-
3 tomatillos
1/4 onion
2 serrano peppers
1 Hass avocado
5-6 Sprigs cilantro
salt to taste
1tsp chicken bouillon (optional)
Method 2 (salsa verde classic)
recipe-
8 tomatillos
1 Jalapeño
1/4 Onion
5-6 sprigs cilantro
1Tbsp lime juice
salt to taste
1tsp chicken bouillon (optional)
method 3 (roasted salsa verde)
6 tomatillos (covered in oil)
2 serrano peppers (covered in oil)
2 cloves Garlic (covered in oil)
5-6 Sprigs cilantro
salt to taste

I had a tree of these growing on my backyard, the floor around was terracota and cement I hated the ripe season because at random times SPLAT! and there goes another one i wont be able to eat, the tree grew very tall, so i couldn't cut them before they fell, so a lot was lost to gravity Taste delicious on a nice fruit water, but smells really bad if it starts to rot
