Dude, did you make those in a toaster oven, not the actual oven?? I have a fairly high dollar one that air fry’s, broils and everything in between but haven’t baked anything significant in it, only reheat. Wow!!

Your videos are great brother. However, my house runs into a problem doing replica recipes, because my wife has celiac and I’m lactose intolerant. Do you have any suggestions for replacement ingredients?
If you think you'll have leftovers, I always kind of dislike leftover frosted rolls or doughnuts. Gets all gooey and wet, then kind of stiff from the frosting. So I have a tendency to frost as they get eaten. If you still want to frost them warm, you can reheat the rolls the next day (if they're unfrosted).
I’m so sorry for this question- but can/how can we make these or anything here gluten free? 😢. Recently discovered I need to cut back or out is best. TIA

Hey, I'm gonna make these for my Christmas gathering for my family and our guests. You actually have skill in baking unlike a few YT channels that are also food focused, but the person is painfully mediocre in cooking/baking yet has 400+k subscribers mainly because they are good looking (won't name names) and/or have a slightly quirky personality (gets tiring after a while). I realized one didn't even show you how to cook, it was just "watch me cook as I act funny/cute and shop for seasonal food/try out bakeries/restaurants." Add in their channel gaining large swaths of their following during the pandemic, so luck in timing had a lot to do with it as well. But anyways, Happy Christmas!

Highly recommended! I made it yesterday and I felt like I'm the greatest baker even tho I'm a dude who followed a perfect recipe. But next time I'm going to add more salt in both the dough and the filling to elevate flavour more and I used all purpose flour only, it was perfectly fine.

You could dissolve fresh yeast in warm milk and then add it to the flour. In Europe we use fresh yeast all the time and it works better that way.

Good hint about spacing. When they're spaced tight, they get that spiraling top instead of being basically flat across the top (but still risen).

Why do you put salt in with your sugar and yeast? It kills the yeast, doesn’t it? I make all my own bread and I add the salt to my dry ingredients.
