I only remember a few words from Latin class, agua and agricola are 2 of them. I wonder how many people are going to use 3 day old water? jajajaja You are Brilliant.
My dog woke me up at 3:45 A.M. to let him outside. So i made him watch this with me. Long story short we're taking a walk to the corner 24 hour store to buy condensed milk lol
Legitimately one of the greatest channels on youtube. I've never found a more engaging fun entertaining person that does this kind of content. And your content just keeps getting better the more i watch.
My condolences to *“the horchata incident”* Definitely gotta try these out myself and they got a surprisingly simple process too; appreciate the recommend Jose! 🙌🏼😤
I love hibiscus tea! I’ve been drinking it for years. And horchata and tamarindo are two of my favorites! Horchata in particular is fabulous with a splash of rum!! Never tried champurrado though. I do have Mexican chocolate (and yep, it comes in a disc) though and it makes a great regular hot chocolate.
OMG! You are Hilarious! I've been drinking hibiscus flower water for like 5 years ever since I saw Pati Jenich make it. I love it. I swear it suppressed my appetite helping me lose weight and it gave me more energy. I make many different flavor combinations and drink it hot or cold. I freaking love horchata but I didn't know I could make it at home. I have not had it in a long time because the Mexican restaurant that sold it closed down. Man I would always get the 44 ounce glass and suck it down in like 4 minutes that stuff is so good. I've never had tamarind I've heard a lot about it and now I want to try it. I really want to try this corn drink it looks so good.
It's fascinating to me as a Filipino, that Champurrado (Champorado in PH) is a drink in Mexico. While in the Philippines it's mainly a rice meal, that works as both breakfast and snack, because instead of corn it's made of rice.
José, you're my absolute favorite cooking youtuber. So wholesome. So funny. So good at what you do. So genuine, you dont take yourself super seriously. Its like you genuinely want to show some friends some great family recipes. Thanks José
You're a very amusing guy, love your attitude especially to the haters, racist element and the bad uns! (That's Yorkshire for idiots😂) The food, the chat, the Espanol/Mexican influence and tastes, that's so good to understand it better. You the man bro. So, just thank you. I just did your Feta, pasta, tomato, chicken dish for my little girl. She loved your vid (no one does the washing made her laugh man!! Then me, trying to bring it to life!! That's some big pressure, man. Think I overdosed the tomatoes, a little 'cos it was very juicy but, hey, she loved it and I have 2 boxes for leftovers also. One in the freezer for, one of 'those' nights and one in the fridge for when she comes around tomorrow night wanting the Mexicano pasta from the You Tube guy with the nice hair. Peace to you & Yours, Have a Feliz Navidad my YT buddy.
Glad to see that you are a born again Christian. Love the longer videos instead of shorts. A couple of tips to help you: pineapples do not continue to ripen after harvesting as some other fruits do. Always wash your rice before cooking to wash away any arsenic. Tamarind is a great ingredient also used in Indonesian braised meats.
Idk where you got horchata is an african drink it isnt at all much like many african rices come from spain or tomatoes come from latin america and spices as well
Hey Jose, I am trying to buy a real molcajete but I can't seem to find a real molcajete that is from mexico. The chocolate 🍫. Once you add it to the corn mush it is called champurrado. There are all kinds of atoles such as peanut atole and teja atole (sunflower), guava atole etc. however once you add the chocolate 🍫 and milk combo it is champurrado.
I e watched the hot hats directions over and over the only thing I would change, I think I would put the blender lid back on it. I don’t think I want an Horchata shower, although rice water is supposed to make your hair grow.
I sent this to a homie to see which one i should try and make and the thumbnail they got sent was some weird ass AI thing and not the sweet and lovable Jose Edit: I have come to learn that the ai version shows up if you view the thumbnail on mobile
For more authentic Mexican flavor I'd suggest adding Agua instead of water

I second that
these are all so fire but champurrado is the go to for this season🔥 jamaica and tamarindo go hard during summer
Made me sad he didn't use a Molinillo
Fun fact: it’s a Christmas drink staple in the Caribbean. We call it sorrel.
Fell in love with Jamica when I lived in Mexico. It was soooo good, some people added clove for some spice.
My condolences to *“the horchata incident”*
