You’re doing good my friend. Possibly my favorite cooking channel on RUclips. Straight to the point and dank food. It’s annoying when you search for a pita recipe and it’s a 15 min video I almost hate that more than part 2. Keep up the good work bud. Hope you’re starting to make some money.
Thank you Jose! Will definitely be trying this. Seems when I want pita, grocery store is always out of stock. Now I will be able to make em and will be so much better!
Just made these tonight for the first time! My first pastry type thing ever and first time using yeast. Mine came out, looking a little bit like pancakes, that I could simply cut in half and make a pocket out of
This is a good recipe, especially if you are a novice baker. It’s actually really tough to screw this recipe up, so if you want to learn how to make bread but are too intimidated to start, try this recipe.
I also find dope fascinating. I love working with Joe. I love the feel of it. I love the chemical process involved and I also specially love the results.
Awesome video. I don’t know why making “bread” of any kind is intimidating, but you make it seem so easy and not stressful at all. Know anyone with a regular kitchen aid blender? I wonder how well the lower version is up to kneading yeast Doughs??
Thank you! I just found you! This recipe! I am going to make it. I have only been binging on your videos for 30 minutes. I have learned soooo much! Thank you for sharing. I am sharing you with my family.... All of them. 🤓
TY for this Vid. I moved from Chicagoland where I could find good quality pita bread to mid OH where store bought is yuck! I will give this a try for sure ❤
It been along time since I thought of making pita bread. Your recipe looks easy. Going to makes these- Thanks. Can you freeze these & how long????. God bless you from grandma Katie in Oregon
Let them cool under a clean dish towel, them transfer to a ziplock bag or airtight container. They'll be fine at room temp for a few days. To reheat, toss em under the broiler for a few mins or microwave under a damp paper towel for ~20 seconds 🤓
Hey Jose I’m trying to be a video editor I’m working really hard and have made some solid videos for myself and was wondering if you needed any help I’m offering to do it for free on the side for the time being just let me know if you would want the help
As an Arab who has no idea how to cook and doesn't even know how authentic this is and hasn't even tried this recipe, I approve.
It's fein Greece, not Arabic.
@@lisasternenkind6467 Mediterranean and middle eastern food have a lot of overlap. Tomato tomato
It's been years since I've "wanted" to cook. You're fast, efficient and chill video format has re-inspired that passion. You are appreciated!

I love you man you remind me of this old lady that used to babysit me
LOVE YOU JOSE❤❤❤
Now I will buy a magic chef mixer!
Curiosity has me wondering if these can be cooked without the flattening step. Leave them as balls and essentially make a batch of rolls?

Add more video recipes pls
I’m thinking about doing all this with no plastic wrap and plates to cover.
Nice recipe do you have one with cornmeal
Can you use this dough for pizza?
Is this the same ingredients that you use for your English muffins?
How should we store these ? And do they have to cool completely before wrapping
