Mark Cuban’s Plan To Take Down Big Pharma
There's a difference between being rich and trying to look rich, you can only impress people that don't know you, and that's useless
Oh please don’t act like rich people have it better off. They might have alot more money but many are miserable. Because many rich people are never satisfied they have become greedy and want more and more and it becomes their downfall. I am not rich and I would never like to be. I’m happy with what I have
I'm definitely in the minority
Brands are for pretentious assholes.
What do u recommend me getting instead of Spotify btw I have android so apple music won't work
2:49 skz
But me, I hate Spotify
4:34 this a stupid argument, it’s just a form of validating your spending habits. If you just care about it making you look rich then just buy a good knock off, no one can tell unless they have it in their hands. Thrift stores sell a ton of business attire, and there are discount stores that sell dress shirts and slacks at a good price. I am speaking from the perspective of someone who actually grew up lower middle class, someone that spent his childhood sleeping in the living room of relatives apartments, someone who saw their parents loose their house in 2008, someone who had to work to get everything. There is no excuse for living beyond your means. I guess the only difference is I never cared much about what others thought about me, I wore $5 payless shoes throughout my school years. My bookbag was a cheap one from Walmart. I think my winter jacket was not from an unknown brand, but it was very warm. Really growing up I never cared about others perception about my wealth. I make really good money now and I still don’t care. I wear a $10 casio watch or build my own knockoffs, wear sketcher shoes, my clothes are from Marshall’s. I prefer to spend my money on things that actually do something for me, they’re inside my house and no one can see them. My gear for hobbies, tools, electronics and gizmos. I only buy things that are convenience for me, not to flex. And that’s the problem, often poor people make the excuse that they need to have something to show they’re succeeding, truth is you don’t have to show anything to anyone.
15:00 Bro COKE STUDIO produces some BANGER Music, and theyve been doing that for quite some time now
I am now extremely confused by all of this. Some say spotify saved the music industry, and some say they killed it. How?
This is true a point … but since social media everyone’s gone flashy And thus it’s only a reaction to a point
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with Spotify, it’s just not for the money. I also have deep connections to artists, I just have all my favorite on a playlist. None of my music is affected by algorithms - I listen to indie rock.
just simply lookup AirBNB properties in your area by using the app, then trash those properties simple as
Spotify also uses AI-generated music to avoid royalties. Lot's of simpletons who uses the smart shuffle feature won´t even notice since they use it as background music.
this is why I got spotilife/eveespotify.
tiktok ruined musik, not spotify imo
The tension between old money and new money reached its apex with the French Revolution, when new money massacred old money to usurp their positions.
Luxury fashion is about class, not rich or poor. There are rich who wear good and there are some who wear rags and same is with poor people. Everyone has their own take on life, some people like to live while making a living and some people like to slug until they reach their desired status. There is no right or wrong.
Bro is not spitting facts
Still don’t get why ppl use Spotify tbh I barely use it! I only use it for like one podcast. I’ve been listening to music on SoundCloud since probably 2015? Still use it nearly every day, being able to comment and actually talk with artists (mostly smaller ones) is also fun :3 that and free unlimited skips/less ads is also nice.
I used Spotify but now I use Apple Music because Spotify honestly even with premium sucks
I only use free and i only use it on xbox as well because on xbox theres a easy way to get around ads and they let you pick songs on xbox its free real estate I was also blessed with parents with a good taste in music so i never use recommendations otherwise ill listen to RUclips
I understand the issues but there's other ways to discover new artists than through Spotify's algorithms. I mostly discover new small artists through BandLab, and support them on Spotify if they're on there. Ofc BandLab's algorithm also sucks but I have found a few really good small artists from there like Strey and NIHStateline, who in my opinion rival the likes of Drake and other huge artists.
11:23 the balls this guy has holy
"thats why you use autotune and i dont" imma use that from now on 😂😂😂
@@dxrknzzzz 😭
so ig I'm apart of the non lazy people who makes their own playlist instead of spotify shoving bs down my throat
Wanna break from the ads?
I subscribed for a year thanks for the help
The only luxury item I buy is YSL men’s fragrance, but not for “status” reasons. I used to wear cheap stuff like Axe body spray or CJ Black from Rue21, but the scent only lasted a couple hours at best. A few years ago I did a little research and decided to try designer fragrance for the first time. It smells great and lasts all day. I’ve been using the same bottle for three years now, and it’s just now close to running out. It’s definitely worth the money in my book.
My dad own the wallet in the thumbnail
And I knew that one of the Walmart bags was a birkin my mom own so many
Spotify rarely has available music from small or "underground" artist, and the game OST's are kinda low, and most of the songs are remixes that people do. As a person that doesn't usually hear popular music, Spotify is a really bad choice.
You make some valid points but I also think some of your points are unfair or just complaining too much. I think what most of us can agree upon at the end of the day is the music business in its entirety is broken as far as giving artists a fair income - unless you're at the very top. Hmmm....a bit like wider society. But I am skeptical of any fixes that don't go into specifics. Everyone's crying pay the artists more, pay the artists more. OK, how much? How much is enough, and where is it coming from? There are so many moving parts to the thing that I think it's easy to talk about fixing it but doing it in reality is harder.
I use a playlsit for my music, and If I like an artist, I'll invest some time finding more of their music for my playlist. I use yt music btw
video made by poor people for poor people like me lmao
Honestly both just seem like scams and a waste of money either way. Middle of the road will always get you the top quality has to offer in terms of materials and construction at a fraction of the price of "real" luxury brands.
As i view this topic, what you have described as “old money” just looks comfy and plain, when i see those crazy ass clothes so called “new money” i imagine child crying and screaming “look at me” on the floor of supermarket, but its funny how plain and “boring” clothes become luxury, because money actually became comodity for whom you buy good feeling for yourself on yourself, not just beg for attention with it
Sorry but most artists have never made an album that's worth listening to from start to finish. 99% of musicians make a single song worth listening to more than once per album, and if they are really good they can manage 3 in one album. Only extremely good musicians can make entire albums worthwhile listening to. No video essay will convince me otherwise.
I have my own music that I love and my room still has a wall dedicated to CDs of my favorite bands (three days grace) I mainly use spotify
Spotify doesn't suck, you're just poor 😡
In Middle East they are rich and dress in brands
Only if you are a mong. Who buys stuff with the name emblazoned on it? Mongs. That's who. Your audience are mongs.
In my opinion, most popular artists (especially in pop music) don't make cohesive albums worth listening to with themes and a story. I find there are exceptions to this with rap artists like Kendrick Lamar and Tyler, the Creator. Personally, i listen to Coheed and Cambria by the album almost exclusively because of the intentional craft of a story with characters and emotions associated with it. There's glue. This glue isn't there to hold together most albums released nowadays. Maybe I'm just a sucker for concept albums specifically, though.
Just because a broke person is broke don’t mean they have to look broke. A 1000 shoe is still a 1000 shoe. The quality is going to be different from a 100 shoe. So if a broke person wants to save up a lil bit more to get the 1000 quality shoes so what. And if the broke person want the world to know they shoe is 1000 by having that branding on the shoe then so what. And if the shoes are tacky it’s because the person is tacky. Not because of the brand. Brands make shit for everybody even the tacky.
Proud to say I've never been a Spotify user. The experience of going down a hyper niche youtube music rabbit hole with no more than like 10k views? That shit rocks
Idk about you but I have 50k minutes this year with 1 artist
Unless you're exclusively into mainstream music, dump the Spotify and get on platforms like Bandcamp and Soundcloud. Pandora is pretty good, too, if you only do streaming. Bandcamp is my #1 go-to for discovering new music and artists. And they have certain Fridays during the year when 100% of earnings go to the artist.
This video is just rascit
Nah, working from home is a waste of resources
Haha it certainly can be! But so can office space for the sake of it. There is no clear answer in general. Each industry and role has vastly different needs so it’s pointless to make blanket statements. What’s clear is that remote jobs (in general) will typically pay less, have less career advancement opportunities a higher turnover and likelihood of outsourcing. Productivity is difficult to say as there’s lots of studies that support both sides. In office, it’s a lot easier collaborate, create a baseline expectation of productivity and have oversight on employees. Does a back office document processor have to be in office 5 days a week? No, probably not. Should an engineering team? Yes.
Essentially Rich people buy stuff to feel good because they can afford their own comfort Poor people buy stuff to look good, because they can’t
Who cares what people wear or buy. Some poor people can afford LV & don't like Walmart purses. You don't know nothing about them financially. 🤔House loan, car loan etc. Most people will not share that with you; because 10 Commandments: don't be jealous of what others have.
There's no point reasoning. Either the employees or the employers get their way or something inbetween. That's literally how a free market works. It has nothing to do with values, its all lipservice. As employees we want the best deal for us. For employers they want the best deal for them. Let it play out however it does even if both sides are disingenuous.
Well that’s true, hybrid options seem to be quite promising for certain roles and industries. But overall you’re right, the employees and employers that simply do not see eye to eye will not work with each other. Employees fighting the RTO mandates will get fired and employers that want fully in office will now likely have to pay a premium to attract talent
In the west a teacher can save up and sacrifice and buy a gucci handbag after some time, in developing countries a teachers salary can’t save up that amount, so the rich are the ones that own this label
