As a dev myself, i dont like AIs that are meddling witn human life to such an extreme point. AIs are trained by humans. Its like raising a child. It will gain the same insights as its parents. The difference will be that the AI cant think of its own. You need to feed it with examples and you need to have the scenarios sorted out for it. Cant go out of its way to get examples to train itself, thus it will be luckingmlots of experience. Cant tell right or wrong in special cases. Its not emotional. Cant check the context to take a decision. Ais will never be humans. At least until we figure out how our brain works. They have their own thesis in society, but not everywhere.
Those are some great points! It is definitely concerning how eager companies are willing to use AI in replace of humans, especially when it matters so much such as getting a job. Scary world we live in!
@blah blah AI hiring will definitely be regulated in the future. It’s far too problematic in its current state, the future looks even more grim without legislation being involved
Automation is a big problem as jobs are replaced by technology but they also create new jobs. Being unable to get hired due to technological bias is an even bigger problem.
It is with great pleasure that I get to write "First." Clicking the bell has its privileges
My man!! Back again. You are the best

How the heck somebody would be able to pay rent and buy food if they can not find a job :(
