I respect this video, and I have recently deleted almost all socials off my phone ( only one left is snapchat because unfortunately it's the only way I can contact a couple of my friends) and I think it's improved my life but it can be hard sometimes.And also I ended up watching this whole video just because you said I probably won't make it through
