I've seen all sorts of channels that blew up within the spam of 6-12 months. They all have the same characteristic of pumping out fun content that is very informative and interesting.
The “taste is influenced by smell” part is kinda incorrect - “taste” in common parlance means the taste bud information PLUS the olfactory (smell) information. So taste isn’t “influenced” by smell; smell is an essential part of taste. Otherwise, a really good video. Really enjoyable.

You’re right! Sometimes you have to cut some corners to keep the information easily digestible for a common audience.
Also, Angelina Jolie and Brand Pitt had a winery in France. She sold her 50% to stoli. Idk, about US but in EU we drink their Miraval wine a lot
