I have a 2013 ford f 150 xlt with the 5.0 with 220,000 miles on it. I am the original owner and I pull my 26 ft 5,000 travel trailer with no problems at all. Pulls phenomenally. I do have a weight distribution hitch and rear sway bars which help put a lot. But when I tow it just feels secure. I usually keep it 68-70 but never more 70 and lock out 6th gear. Pulls great no problems. People will tell ya all day you need a 3/4 ton but with a good 1/2 ton and just a simple setup you’ll be fine.

Do you need a cdl to be able to use a factoring company? Or being non cdl with mc and dot # I can use a factoring company, thank you

I just bought the exact truck you have but a 2024. Wholly smokes it's a lot of money but you get what you pay for. Only thing it didn't come with are the 5 cameras. I only have the back up tailgate camera. Don't know if I can get them added later.

How are you running non CDL with a dually one ton? The truck I'm looking at buying is a dually one tone flatbed and bumper guard on it. Also considering a 14gn trailer. May be my math was wrong but I came up with an estimate of 27k pounds. Did you get the trailer derated? How's this possible??
