How to make delicious rice and beans Jollof
This economical meal is the best thing you can make for you and your family. To make this, you’ll need:
Honey beans
Rice
Scotch bonnet
Tatashe
Sonbo
Onions
Palm oil
Locust beans (optional)
Crayfish powder (optional)
Dried fish (optional)
Seasoning
Salt
First you’re going to cook your beans half cooked, it doesn’t need to cook fully.
Get another pot and pour palmoil into it, add the blended pepper mixture and fry till it is well fried. Add seasoning, salt, crayfish powder, locust beans and protein if you’re using.
Add washed rice into the fried pepper, followed by the half cooked rice
Pour in water or stock, (be mindful of the amount) stir gently and cook on low heat till both rice and beans are ...

Please for someone that doesn't have a measuring scale , how do i know the exact amout of the flour, sugar and butter that was stated in grams...(i use normal cup measurements)
I don’t work with cups for most pastries so I have never paid much attention to conversion. There are lots of grams to ML conversion on google that you can use tho.

You Can adjust to your preference. However, sugar plays a crucial role with moistness and baking with the right amount is important
