Eggs
Flour
Sausage
Veg oil for frying
Pinch of salt
Seasoning (optional)
Breadcrumbs
Method:
Boil your eggs and set aside, blend or chop your sausages, transfer into a bowl & add salt & seasoning. Mix together till it is combined. Mold blender sausage into a ball shape then use your palm to press it gently, wrap the egg with the sausage ensuring that it is well coated.
Dip the scotch egg into flour, then into beaten egg & finally roll in in the breadcrumbs. Ensure it is well & evenly coated. Fry in hot oil on low heat until it is golden brown & well fried.
