How to make milky doughnut without mixer | step by step

  • Doughnut ingredients:
    Flour 500g
    Sugar 100g
    Butter 50g
    Eggs 90g
    Yeast 1tbsp
    Water 1cup(room temperature )
    Salt 1tsp
    Vegetable oil for frying
    Method:
    1. In your bow, add your flour, yeast, sugar,eggs, water, salt and lastly your butter
    2. Mix together until you get a stretchy dough for like 20-25mins
    3.Leave the dough to rest for about 5mins
    4.Place on your working surface and knead for extra 2-4mins
    5. Then measure out 80g of your dough using your measuring scale
    6. Tuck in the sides of the dough and roll to get a sphere shape
    7. Place on a parchment paper coated with flour and leave to rise for about 50mins before frying
    8. Fry each side for 3-4mins on medium/low heat
    Milky filling:
    1. 1/2 cup condensed milk
    1/2 cup powdered milk
    2 1/2 cup whipcream
    1/2 cup full cream milk(I used peak)
    1/2 cup water
