They were airy and as soft as a cloud. I filled half of them with jam and I filled the others with a whipped nutella filling. I will be makin these again so I'm saving the recipe. Thank you so much

Much nicer than American recipes where they make like two dozens and referring to a packet of yeast lol. Who uses a packet of yeast? Only in America for sure, not other parts of the world. I don’t know how they can consume so many of them at one time also? This is much closer to recipes we make here. These are great recipes. I’ll make some soon, will do custard or strawberry jam actually (I love jelly donuts!) 😋
I love it when people make statements enveloping a whole group. I am from America and I use 3-5 grams of yeast in almost all my recipes. Also, I share the things I bake with family and friends. I think people should not lump everyone in a group unless they have met EVERYONE.

Qué harina utilizastes por favor, no me queda nada claro que és la harina de pan. El pan se puede hacer con casi todas las harinas y no lo entiendo.
