- Ingredients:
Dried bell pepper
Dried chilli pepper
Onions
Palm oil
Seasoning
Salt
Ponmo
Fish
Crayfish powder (optional)
Method;
Remove seeds from the bell peppers & stalks from the chilli pepper, soak with room temperature water overnight or with hot water for 30mins-1hr. Blend with very little water
Into a pot or pan, pour in your palm oil & heat it up for a min or 2, please, do not bleach
Fry your onions in the oil on low heat until it is dark in color. Kindly do this on low heat
Add the blended pepper mix into the pot & cook on low heat while stirring continuously. When it is fried for a while, add the salt & seasoning powder, then your desired protein.
Continue cooking until it is sandlike in texture & dark in color.
Tips;
Cook this on very low heat
Use a lot of onions & palmoil
