    Ingredients:
    White beans
    Salt
    Seasoning
    Crayfish (optional)
    Palmoil
    Ponmo
    Smoked fish
    Dried chilli
    Dried bell pepppers
    Onions
    Moi moi leaves
    How to cook:
    Soak your dried peppers with hot water for 30mins or overnight with room temperature water. Peel & rinse your beans till then blend semi smoothly with little water. Incorporate air into the paste by using either an electric whisk or turning stick. Gently scoop batter into leaves & cook on low - medium heat for 30mins!
    In a pan or pot, heat palmoil for 2mins & fry onions till translucent. Pour in blended pepper mix & fry on low heat for 10min (stir while frying)
    Add seasoning & salt then protein of choice & cook for another 6mins. Serve ekuru with the sauce & enjoy :)
