As much as I ended up liking who sandor was becoming throughout the show, I would've been dissatisfied if he had survived the series. I never forgave his murder of the butcher's boy in season 1.

So fucking dumb. I hate that people praise this moment as a highlight of the last season. Sandor's arch is not about hating his brother, it's about hating himself and coming to grips with the good in himself he suppressed for years. And it certainly won't appear in the books, if/when we get them.

In the end, he couldn't contain his brotherly love and they ended up in a beautiful embrace.

Yes, we have our own opinions on G.O.T. But to me, Pilou Asbeek was perfectly casted as Euron Lovejoy. A character you absolutely love to hate, or want more of. Pilou just nailed it.
