my 1st play through was with mistlands, and i hated everything about it. i did it legit one time only. and have since then added a mist removal mod on follow up play throughs. I can def attest to the ashalnd nerfs. i solo ran it before nerfs and then co-op it after and the difference is insane. I would hope to see other world options and game "mods" be added. like a arena wave survival or something along that nonsense.

if only valheim devs didnt take so frickin long to release content ...

Dverger Circlet : One of the best base lighting source, just infinity light in your base. Really good during the nighttime building. If you just run and kill it's not important. Coin: After the Bog's witch update, you have to buy a lot of base materials to prepare Feasts. May be after 10-20k gold, it will useless. Now, we just run out all time.

Something I really hopw they add, is an animation for the bowstring. Its such a little thing, but watching my character act as though they are pulling back the string only for the string to not move is immersion breaking

Extra tip: Use Dead raiser to create distractions for the hordes of enemies. My current playstyle is to just have a few summoned, spam staff of wilds and just walk in a circle till everything is dead. But even without staff of wilds, the dead raiser is very worth using in this biome as long as you don't lead them near the lava. They can take enemy agro which alleviates stressful situations and can tank a lot of damage if you keep them topped off with a protection bubble.

Bronze scrap can be yielded by tearing down the sharp metal nails protecting the charred fortresses. Sledgehammers can do this work.

The brazers in the ice caves are good for a rested bonus and you can get iron from the wood doors and bronze from destroying the braziers.

Surtling cores also can be obtained in dvergrs settlements. Just destroy wards 😊
