For anyone watching: you cannot spot reduce fat from your core. This will strengthen your core and make your abs more pronounced, but if you have a higher amount of body fat then you will need to reduce your calorie intake to lose the fat
Yeah, this video is bs. Core work doesn’t use big enough muscle groups to burn a huge amount of calories. Burpee’s, squats, jump squats, press ups etc are much better calorie burners than this list.

best routine that worked for me (100rep leg raises) + (100rep russian twist) +(100 half sit ups) + 1.30 min plank daily , between every exercise 20sec rest ,
@@SIDDH7NT-edits The harder you push you're limits the better results, i was skinny and some fats on side, those exercises in 5days made my 4pack abs almost visible (for best results you should do atleast 600 ab reps a day).
It feels great at the end of the day to go through this routine. If you have a larger percentage of body fat, you will need to consume fewer calories in order to lose the fat, but these workouts will strengthen your core and make your abs more visible.

These exercises don’t burn abdominal fat. They are just strengthening the muscles there. Unfortunately most people still think they have to make a lot of ab exercises to get a sixpack. The truth is that you can’t burn fat just on a specific area of the body. Instead you have to exercise the muscles that are the biggest and that burn the most calories which are the legs and butt.
I think it is, I really have some doubts about losing fat in 2 weeks just by doing some exercices like this 🤔 If you want to lose fat, you have to move more than that
There's a lot of bullshit here. Namely, the ridiculous notion that you can lose what appears to be 5-6% body fat in 2 weeks doing nothing but core exercises.
Great ab workouts that will help build great abs, but without also going on a calorie deficit you will never see those abs if you are above 15-17% body fat.

Unfortunately it is true, diets are about 75%-80% in weight loss and the average on losing belly fat is 1-2 years (depending on your body type, it’s different for everyone obviously).
quick advise. you dont lose belly fat by doing ab exercises, just like you don’t lose arm fat when you do bicep curls. the only way to truly get abs to be on a caloric deficit, meaning that you have to eat less calories that what you burn per day. ab exersies are only done for the sake of making the ab muscles or the rectus abdominis to show more and look more attractive. stop making this misconception. sorry if this is making me look bad but thats just the truth. plus, if you actually think that you will ever reach your dream body physique you will never get there if you dont even know the obvious.

I don't know much about this, so it's possible to have that body and still push your stomach to look like that. I always tought that once you were at a point were your muscles showed up in you stomach it was impossible to do this

I know this will be obvious to some people, but I'll say it anyway: to have abs, 95% is caused by caloric deficit and only 5% is training. When I started my cutting to reduce fat, I rarely trained abs and even then I was successful, because I took the diet very seriously.

Nice! I think would could help (atleast for me) is if you explain exactly what is it your doing wrong or what you should be focusing on to perform the workout correctly. Perhaps verbally or through text prompts. The two I seem to have issues on were the planks & leg raises. Overall good vid, seemed quick, straight to the point.

Спасибо за серию упражнений. Делаю 2 день. В 1 день от 3 упражнения сводило икры, тряслись ноги. на 2 день уже было все отлично :) Пока делаю 3 сета всех упражнений по кругу, на 15-20 повторений. 5 упражнений сделал подряд, потом 2-3 мин передышка? Или нужно делать с постоянным напряжением в прессе?
@@rushan0849 как я по себе понял, 2-5 мин. между сетами. если чувствуешь что пресс остыл, можно побольше повторений дать. Там планка многое дает и 2 упражнение. У меня уже живот подспал и виднеются верхние кубики под прослойкой жира))) Правда я с удаленки вышел, стал много ходить и меньше жрать. Тоже влияет.

"In 2 weeks", yeah, BS as always. It takes you months, if not years, to lose belly fet. Also what you eat is even more important than workout.

Rest of the exercises are pretty straight forward for me, I just struggle at side crunches for some reason.

Всю жизнь (сейчас 39 лет.) тренируюсь, в том числе и живот тренирую чтобы не дай бог "кубики" не пропали. А тут херак.. и за две недели можно живот скинуть и рельеф увидеть. Хрен там две недели, через полгода может и зкметно будет что-то

Спасибо за серию упражнений. Делаю 2 день. В 1 день от 3 упражнения сводило икры, тряслись ноги. на 2 день уже было все отлично :) Пока делаю 3 сета всех упражнений по кругу, на 15-20 повторений. 5 упражнений сделал подряд, потом 2-3 мин передышка? Или нужно делать с постоянным напряжением в прессе?

@@rushan0849 как я по себе понял, 2-5 мин. между сетами. если чувствуешь что пресс остыл, можно побольше повторений дать. Там планка многое дает и 2 упражнение. У меня уже живот подспал и виднеются верхние кубики под прослойкой жира))) Правда я с удаленки вышел, стал много ходить и меньше жрать. Тоже влияет.

@@kreka4671 Да я на работу вышел, сразу -3кг))) Живота почти нет, ток снизу чутка. Я недели полторы так поделал, потом стал каждый день по 1 сету и по 50 подьем туловища и 50 подьем ног. А так норм, верхние кубики стали возвращаться))

@@ruslanzharov604 в больничке неделю полежать после полосной операции. Когда не то что есть, в туалет ходить не можешь. -10 кило минимум. И это при том что живота не было. Метод рабочий гарантирую.
