these are great ab workouts, but again if you want to lose FAT, you'll need to be on a caloric deficit and do cardio, it can be something as simple as walking everyday. Again, these workouts are gold for building up core strength and to get abs under the fat, but to see ur abs you first need to go on a caloric deficit and regularly run/walk/bike for at least 1-2 months before noticing results. Fasting is also a really great way to lose fat :).

No, porque los ejercicios abdominales no son para perder grasa, son para fortalecer los abdominales, si querés perder grasa, debes hacer ejercicio de cardio, caminar o correr o saltar la soga.

Day 1 - 2 sets
Day 2 - paining so much so rest
Day 3 - 2 sets + 20 jumping jacks and sit ups
Day 4 - rest
Day 5 - 3 sets + 40 jumping jacks
Day 6 - 3 sets (feeling it)

This routine complemented with 1 hour of cycling and some strength training can be quite good.
Been doing this for LESS then a week and 2 Kgs GONE I'm surprised. IF u do this and some other vids and a diet u can do it easily. YES it's hard, some exercises kill me but everyday it's better. One thing, STOMACH WILL HURT WHEN U START
For me is day 1 i am ready for tommorows pain in the stomach

these are great ab workouts, but again if you want to lose FAT, you'll need to be on a caloric deficit and do cardio, it can be something as simple as walking everyday. Again, these workouts are gold for building up core strength and to get abs under the fat, but to see ur abs you first need to go on a caloric deficit and regularly run/walk/bike for at least 1-2 months before noticing results. Fasting is also a really great way to lose fat :).

@@KIRAN-mn4nz Yeah fasting, like eating 8 hours a day, and then fast for 16 hours. Meaning you don't eat for certain parts of the day for a long time, or permanently if you enjoy it.
