- Today's workout features 12 exercises that perfectly engage all the abdominal muscles: the rectus abdominis, the transverse abdominis, and the oblique abdominis. Rest between exercises is minimal (in this case 5 seconds to change positions). Try repeating this workout 2-3 times with 3-4 minutes rest between circuits and you'll be satisfied!
