Jess..a piece of advice. When taking an Uber, taxi etc. As a solo female I always sat in the back, never up the front near the driver. Just a bit of extra safety. I know every loves the front seat,or they may feel it's rude to sit in the back etc. The market sure was happening. I've seen it on a handful of vlogs but you sure captured the energy!. 😊❤

The artworks are on Water Lane and the surrounding streets. Lots of murals showcasing history and vibrancy of Ja. It’s free but they also have organised tours and every couple months they have an art exhibit and craft market with performances.

Downtown market was always a vibes but them turn it up by 100 now. Only the jaded old women will give you attitude. Them give all brown skin Jamaican women attitude. I used to work right at the top of the market in a wholesale. My mother(RIP) worked in a hardware near the market. When I started working in corporate I still went downtown route to my home town. The Mother's patty downtown is one of the best. If you're short on money downtown is where you shop. If you have lots of money downtown is the place to shop.
