this is an amazing workout, after one workout i woke up this morning to immediate noticeable change to my obliques! Try this workout once, you will not regret it!

second day doing this exercise, it was easier! except for the exercise at minute 3:30 because I don't have motor coordination and I end up getting lost sometimes

As an extremely weak unfit person who has never done pilates or felt such pain in my life, I sincerely hope this will give me a flatter stomach.
