    This was incredible, I legit thought I broke my abs bc the burn was so real. Like this was only 5 min but gave me more burn than any other creator's LONGER ab workouts. Amazing thank you!

    i used to do 35-45 mins of pilates 5x a week, but i took a break and now im finding it so hard to get back on track! Going to follow the 5 minute workout plan for a week, doing each video twice (so 10 mins total) to try and get me back into it!

    As an extremely weak unfit person who has never done pilates or felt such pain in my life, I sincerely hope this will give me a flatter stomach.

    I will be doing this everyday for 1-2 weeks
    Day 1 - June 20, 2024: ✅ This was so quick but challenging
    Day 2 - June 21, 2024: ✅ I did the plank so well today love it and I just got new clothes so if my abs get more defined from this that’d be great.
    Day 3 - June 22: ✅
    Day 4 - June 23: ✅
    Day 5 - June 24: ✅ my abs are peaking in!
    Day 6 - June 25, 2024: ⚠️ replace with her newest vid

    I’m gonna do this every day for a week!
    Day 1- ✅ it was short but hard at some points! I did feel my abs burning.

    Ima do this everyday for 2 weeks!💖 (ima do this workout two times)
    Day 1 - ✅ felt that burn but went so fast
    Day 2- ✅ my abs are feeling great!🫶🏼
    Day 3-✅ my stomach looks kinda flat 😋
    Day 4-✅
    Day 5-✅ I see a bit difference 😁
    Day 6-✅ my stomach is flatter!❤️
    Day 7-✅ ITS HELPING MEEEEE
    Day 8-❌ I was really tired 😖
    Day 9 -✅ my clothes are starting to fit more!💖🐀
    Day 10-✅ it’s helpingggggggg so muchhhhhhh🥹💖😟😟
    Day 11- feeling good!

      After the 5 mins take a mini break and try for another 5 I promise it's so worth it bc 5 mins feels like nothing so it's super easy to make it a 10min workout

    64 kg (or 63.7 I since I am wearing clothes and ate breakfast before weighting myself down)
    Thursday 26 December - Clear! ✅
    Friday 27 December - Clear!✅
    Saturday 28 December - Clear! ✅
    Sunday 29 December -
    Clear! ✅
    Monday 30 December - Clear! ✅
    Tuesday 31 December - Failed, new year's eve ❌
    Wednesday 1 January - Clear! ✅
    Thursday 2 January - Clear✅

    Doing this!!
    Day one: surprising it didn't burn that much!! I tried my best to do a plank but I don't really know how but I'll probably become better at it!!
    Day two: hurt so bad in the morning, did this around 6 and it hurt even more!! But im so proud of myself for doing it!
    Day three: yayy did it!! Didn't hurt AT ALL in the morning, I feel so good after doing it!
    Day four:
    Day five:
    Restarting since I forgot
    (Not giving up!)
    Day 1: didn't burn SO much
    Day 2: hurt rlly bad at the plank! Rest was fine.
    Day 3: so glad I made it to day 3! No difference yet tho :(
    Day 4: forgot to update so I forgot about what I felt like
    Day 5: did a different workout
    Day 6: almost a full week yay!
    Day 7: A FULL WEEKK!! OMGG YAYY
    Day 8: yay, I've gotten so far in! For now I'll just put a check to show I did it! (And sometimes leave comments)
    Day 9: ✅ no difference yet☹️
    Day 10:✅
    Day 11: ✅
    Day 12: ✅ I feel happier and my waist is getting smaller, probably because this is making me lose weight!

    Trying the 1 week challenge ❗❗❗
    Weight: 55.60 kg
    Waist: 67.5 cm
    Stomach: 84 cm
    Thighs: L 54 cm / R 53 cm
    Butt: 91 cm
    Arms: L 26 cm / R 26 cm
    (I'll continue to eat normally)
    Day 1: (1) I'm dead bruh 😭 felt it a LOT in my abs and thighs as well, towards the end felt it in my arms too. 10/10
    Day 2: (2) WOAHHHHH MY FAVOURITE?? I LOVEDDDD THE THIGH WORKOUT!!! 12/10 GIVE ME 14 OF THEM RIGHT NOW
    (Was not too sore from yesterday)
    Day 3: didnt workout
    Day 4: (3) the arm workout bodied me bro 😭
    Day 5: (4) WAITTT woke up and my stomach looked so much flatter?? Ayyy 🤭🤭🤭 this one was pretty difficult ngl, kinda killed me but revived me in the end
    Day 6: (5) BRO THIS KILLED THE WORST I SWEAR. I FELT IT SO MUCH IN MY LEGS AND BUTT
    Day 7: skipped, got my period (also ate A LOT)
    Day 8: (6+7) since the last day is stretching I did day 6 and 7 together
    Results:
    Weight: 55.60 kg -> 55.10 kg (-0.5 kg)
    Waist: 67.5 -> 67 cm (-0.5 cm)
    Stomach: 84 cm (same)
    Thighs: L 54 cm / R 53 cm (same)
    Butt: 91 cm -> 92 cm (+1 cm)
    Arms: L 26 cm / R 26 cm (same)
    Not much of a difference, but I definitely feel much better after the workouts

    second day doing this exercise, it was easier! except for the exercise at minute 3:30 because I don't have motor coordination and I end up getting lost sometimes
