Thank you for this! I prefer doing your short (10 minutes or less) standing exercise videos. I don’t have a lot of time and usually sneak in these workouts here and there throughout the day. When I don’t have much time to spare, I do one to three short workouts and feel like I haven’t been a complete slouch. When I do have time, I can do 3 or more short work outs one after the other and feel really satisfied. The short workouts are also suitable for me as I work to improve my stamina. A 30-min cardio routine is discouraging (for now at least) as I know I’ll be huffing and puffing after only a few minutes. So more of these short but focused exercise videos please!

Wow I just combined two ab workouts and did it all for 20 minutes ten minutes in the evening! To freshen up myself in the morning this much even ten minutes also enough ! Thanks a lot what I like about your workouts is there is no repetition they are simple without undue break in between in a flow not very exhausting to give up and not very lazy workouts to absolutely for me I followed Roberta gym channel for more than six months almost and now it's like same workouts and I guess my body needs new exercises to get better and more tonee similar workouts I feel won't be effective I feel your body needs something new to utilise every part of body after certain time to get in shape and tone the body better way ! Thank you no repetition is what I like the most about your workouts because it keeps my mind fresh and hence body too throughout the workout period ! It was my Day 6 I guess I have already completed 30 days thirty minutes everyday day without any holiday or rest day after thirty days I had a day off a rest day and again a week back I started with new set of abs workouts and now I am happy to complete 6 th day of new set of exercises each day thirty minutes so so happy and fresh after doing these !
Nice and short workout. It is pretty straightforward and won't waste your time. But I think it is too easy if you consider yourself not a beginner at working out.

last year, i workout with your video till i lost my weight 15 kilo and this year it's up around 10 kilo but i will start agian with your video and i hope that i will lost fat out of my body keep going for heathy!
