Hi everyone! Unfortunately, there have been a lot of scammers posting comments saying that you’ve won a prize and asking to be messaged on Telegram. This isn’t me and I haven’t done any giveaways either. Please do not reply to these people. If I were ever to do a giveaway, I would mention it in a video and email you directly. Stay safe everyone!

I like the background in your room, it is very soothing and chill. You have a super cool aura about yourself, I found myself having nostalgia wanting to have class with other students like you and befriending them over time. Very dope.
It sounds like to me the XPS 13 won that speaker test, the audio was much firmer and more robust. With what appears to be so many quality control issues with the 9320 and Dell in general it makes one constantly feel petrified of having an issue! LOL
I opted for the 1260p, 1TB, 32GB, OLED model and I don’t have any of the issues I have seen people post about. Between tasks, I’d say I start with 99/98% and by 3.5 hours I Am down to 50/49%. At that point I Am either complete, or need a break, and most of the time I Am near an outlet or have a portable battery bank. If I do the math 6-7 heavy use hours seem more than right, especially given the Windows architecture isn’t the same as Mac so to compare them is weird. My user settings are Best Performance in Windows battery, and Ultra Performance in Dell settings.
They might both be laptops, but they are powered and run differently. For most, they are either Mac OS or Windows user, very few people are divided or in a position to say I can use both, they usually have a distinct preference. Dare I say the whole Android vs. iPhone, some people are fixated on the latter and their peripherals simply because of groupthink.
I have I think 4 days left before by return label expires lol, I didn’t want to run out of time last minute. For me, I can’t say I Am seeing any issues with my unit. As spec’d my unit is $2099. But with discounts and price match I was able to snag it for under $1498 after taxes.

Happy that you were able to get a working unit after the first one!
I ordered the XPS 13 Plus recently and it arrived with a dead pixel, gap between the display, and the fans would occasionally scrape against the bottom metal panel. Windows Central reported on this issue too. Additionally, it really gets hot, way too hot for me to be comfortable on the bottom panel. My unit also had really high pitched coil whine and actually hurt my ears. Sometimes the trackpad would also click randomly, without touching any area near it. My XPS 13 Plus speakers would also pop as well. I also had software problems, such as graphics driver issues, and the infamous 0.4GHz issue, even when properly UFD reinstalling. The only thing I liked about this laptop was the keyboard and design. I will be returning it for a MacBook Air M2, which I think will be a much better experience. Battery life on my FHD model was 3 hours and the MacBook would run circles around it. I’ve had overlapping issues like this XPS with older Windows laptops; I want to break out of this and finally try a Mac for myself.
Keep up the amazing production quality!

The only issue with MacBook is that it tuns MacOS and the amount of featurs windows brings doesn't justify switching to mac. Especially given the fact that you can run so mamy softwares even cracked versions smoothly. Even with m1 macs are severely handicapped

I owned and used a 9510 for a year but have reverted back to a MacBook due to poor thermal management and fan noise. Shame because it is the nicest laptop ever from a design point of view but I can’t see me investing another £2K in a Dell product until those issues are gone.
I wanted to love the XPS so much, and did enjoy using it but constant heat and fan noise was too much.
Dell should offer a trade in service because if they did that, which mitigated the cost of an upgrade, I’d give the Plus a go.
You review is very good and does provide some encouragement. I’m not sure I’d have the confidence to walk away from my Mac even though I prefer Windows.

Will never buy dell anymore the battery life is unbelievably unsatisfying. I bought it in 2018, the highest speck at that time, it costed me 3000. Stupid me didn’t want to change to another laptop when I had a chance. So I experienced a blue screen twice and I changed the same laptop twice. After using it for 2 years, the battery quality was getting lower. I remembered that I cn use it all day even the next day without charging it, but now? It becomes a PC lol.
One more thing, if you want to buy dell, it is so noisy and the heat under it, unbelievably hot for laptop so yeah. What can I say.

    • @RK-um9tu
      @RK-um9tu Год назад

Sorry but you don't know what you are talking about.
Standardized battery tests show good to excellent battery life.
Further all Intel Evo Certified laptops must have at least 9 hours battery life.
Maybe that is why you provide ZERO evidence for your claims.

I recently bought Dell XPS 13+ UHD+, i5, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, and I returned it after 5 days. My total usage in those 5 days was not more than 1-1:30 hours. Reason being extremely pathetic (poor would still be better) battery life, my usage didn’t even include consuming media content yet. It included web browsing and some work on word and battery drained a lot like 1%-1.5% every minute.
If you think UHD resolution is the reason then think again because I had kept it at 720p and around 30% or 30 points of brightness and as per “experts” resolution doesn’t matter to battery life apparently but still battery was in no mood to co-operate.
I took it to the vendor and he tried updating it and doing all sorts of magic stuff but could only extract 2-2.5 of battery life.
So if you’re planning to buy this laptop then please don’t. It’s not even for a person who uses it for everyday work and for mild entertainment forget about creators.
    Pro: Design is beautiful
Con: The whole above mentioned review which outweighs the pros.
Please Don’t go straight for the expert reviewers opinion because they receive complementary review models (which might be good) and have got nothing to lose whereas you do. Extremely disappointed with Dell.

    1. Quality Control
    a. what QC issue?
    b. why didn't you just say what the problem was?
    c. if there are so many QC issues why hasn't a class action lawsuit been filed against Dell?
    2. Apple
    a. what "hype" are you referring to?
    b. MacBook's only an 8% laptop market share
    c. multiple class action lawsuits have been filed against MBs (cracked screen, green screen, connectivity, thermal throttling, keyboards)
    d. Apple just settled the keyboard lawsuit ($395 per person)
    3. MacBooks
    a. don't have basic feature such as touch screen, pen support, 2-in-1 design, instant on, 180 degree screen, OLED screens, repairability, upgradability
    b. 99% of corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, nonprofits across the planet use Windows laptops.
    c. Intel's 12th gen CPU out performance M2 chips (which overheat and thremal throttle)
    4. Battery
    a. My i7, 16 ram, 512 FHD+ model gets 12-13 hours of continous RUclips viewing at 50% brightness, battery saver on, power mode on balanced.
    b. All intel evo laptops are required to have at least 9 hours a battery life on standardized battery test (like PCMark10 battery test)
    c. why didn't you run a standardized battery test like professional reviewers?
    5. Touch screen
    a. if touch screen aren't necessary why do all Windows laptop makers build touch screen laptops?
    b. obviously touch screen are necessary for the multi-millions of people who buy them
    6. Performance
    a. why did you talk about how great Apple's M-series chips are and then say performance doesn't matter when it came to this laptop's performance?
    b. could it be that this laptop out performs the M-series MBA (like other reviewers have shown)?
More actual facts, like the information I shared, and less unsubstantiated opinions would greatly improve the usefullness of this review.
