I've been practicing with your videos for the past 3 weeks in an attempt to practice yoga without killing my wallet at a studio and I have to say it has really been a pleasure so far! My HIIT exercise yesterday killed my hips could barely walk today..this yin yoga sequence is such a godsend, could feel my hips and hamstrings tension melt away!
I absolutely love this routine! My lower back and the back of my legs are incredibly tight and I have arthritis in my left hip which makes it almost immune to flexibility but this routine make wonders! I do it over and over again and hopefully one day I'm as flexible as a normal person ;) Thank you soooo much Kassandra, you ARE the best! Love from Sweden
You are normal, flexible or not. With practice and consistency you will improve, and as time passed you will have come on leaps and bounds. Just believe in yourself. Wishing you lots of Love and Light♥️🥰🙏🏾

This was fantastic. I've tried this video all week to help me with a hamstring injury. This was the first night I could actually finish the whole thing. Yin yoga is so challenging for me -- I will come back to this one again and again. Thank you Kassandra!

Spring into yoga day 21: I felt "foggy" yesterday after the twist-detox session until what had to go out did... and I was back on track! Powerful session and this one has nothing to envy to the previous.My hips opened so wide that I felt the all inner scars left by belly surgeries pulling them a bit less wide. This month experience is INCREDIBLE about how it has softened and streched all these scars and tensions left by surgeries and finally left so much more ROOM for my organs to live happy in there, gently and firmly supported with everything that widens around if more space is needed. It changes my life in many ways and gives me hope that even if in the future I will have to go through surgery again, the addition of tensions and pains won't be a fatality. Thank you for offering freely so amazing classes. Soon I will be able to donate some money to support your work.

this is great, i run 12-15 k per day and i have been doing your yin yoga for runners for a couple of months and have only just started to get 'comfortable' doing that, and decided to give this a go, and its very challenging but i loved it - felt great after...thanks Kassandra - charlene from new zealand

I have MS. Yin is amazing to stretch my muscles, and increase flexibility. I'm also on a leave from work due to the high stress. I've been using your videos for my practice for a while, but I've been doing them daily while on leave from work. Thank you for sharing. Thanks for this nice class!! Had to modify in between due to hip / lower back issues. But as I am a yoga teacher myself switching / modifying poses was easy and I still had the full effect of calming my body and my mind. Namaste, Kassandra!!
This was amazing Kassandra! I've been in debilitating lower back SI joint pain all week and this really helped. Of course I was very careful and modified some of the poses. REAlly REally helped me! I'm not hurting as much now! Probably do it again tomorrow! Thanks lady

HI Kassandra, Why does the forward straddle pose, regardless of how far I put my legs out, always hurt under both knees? I'm super flexible in many of your poses but that consistently hurts. Is there anything I can do to prevent that? Thank you so much for the gift you continue to give me with the wonderful diverse practices on your channel. I look forward to you every day!

It's normal!! We rarely stretch the IT band in yoga so for most people it's quite tight :)
