    Best explanation of how to dry brush!!! Did it right before my shower and felt more confident knowing I was doing right . Felt tingly all over

    I’m going to incorporate this thank you. Just wanted to know why do we do this before the sauna or shower?

      Dry brushing is a great tool to help with exfoliation, improving circulation, and supporting our lymph system. Doing it before the shower helps to wash away dead skin cells!

    Questions xx 1: do I have to have a shower after (I fake tan and try just do one bath a week so I only have to fake tan once a week - I wash my hair through out the week don’t worry haha) 2: can I do this daily (wanna improve how I feel about my cellulite)

      Just light pressure! Not the type of pressure you’d apply during a typically massage!

      Getting lymph moving can be helpful! But also seeing your doctor is very important to!❤️
