I don’t have any problems . I just do these lymph drainage massage because my skin tone was uneven and my face gets so puffy from PCOS these massages make me feel beautiful I tried only for 3 days and I got many compliments from family that my face looks much slimmer and brighter . So I’m guessing this helps brighten skin.

Dry brushing is very good for skin, it helps to tighten and smoothen skin. You will be amazed by the smoothness of your skin after brushing for a week. Cellulite will also look less prominent after sometime. It declogs pores, black heads and white heads also loosen. There are just too many benefits

Great videos and content! One interesting observation: you mention that dry brushing is a “new technique” for lymphatic drainage. It is relatively new in America, but it is an old ancient technique of Ayurveda used in India, about 2000 years old or more!

Thank you Kelly! I swear that I can feel immediate improvement. And that’s surprising, because so little pressure is being applied to the skin tissue. It’s hard to visualize what’s happening under the skin, in the lymphatic system-it’s hard to imagine that enough fluid is moving to make any difference. Yet, I can feel the effect, even if I can’t visualize it.

I’ve tried the brushing for other areas like my legs to help with cellulite and brushing the lymphatic areas up towards the proper direction but I didn’t see a difference and someone mentioned it has to be “deep tissue massage. I watched a second time to find out how often. That wasn't addressed. Several commentors have asked that, as well as other good questions. Would be nice to have answers.

Cancer Rehab PT: Can you do a video for lymphatic drainage that seems to be stagnant in the area below the knee up to the inner groin area. I had liposuction done on my knees years ago and I'm concerned that my lymph glands might have been injured or damaged and would like your thoughts on how I can dry brush to help drain this area. The surgery was done on the inner knee and on top of the knee. Thank you.

I have a face brush for my shower. Will I gain the same benefits by following this mechanics, but through a wet brush.
