      God Bless You... My husband was diagnosed with Tonsil Cancer and he went through 35 radiation treatments and 5 chemotherapy treatments... It's just been a rough Rd. He lost a lot of weight but he's on the mend. Thank God 🙏 but I definitely know, the pain, well I can relate... Watching My Husband go through this, was so hard..
      Stay Strong and Don't give up.. I have really had too push him, at time's... But, I or We had to put it in God's hands and one of his Drs. told him that he wouldn't be able to taste anything 4 at least a yr... I was so upset, over that... And I am very outspoken! I looked at her, and said, DON'T, just don't tell him that because everyone is different, some people heal quicker than other's and why put that in someone's mind! Well, I think his taste buds were affected maybe, a few weeks... They didn't entirely stop working! Thank You Jesus'... I truly believe WE are All in God's hands and I am hoping to Never, have to experiencine any kind of Cancer, again... Prayer's for you 🙏

      I have exactly the same thing, same pain and issues. Throbbing sinuses (for 5 months) eye watering teeth ear pain. Constant Post Nasal drip and I mean constant. Have done steam baths (have one in my house) ACV, all kinds of herbs and natural stuff list is endless. Went gluten free for a month I mean I have done it all and listened to it all. I just tried this and it seems to help a little. I did it with a hand battery operated massager. I seem to have some relief but I will keep doing this to confirm my findings. This sinus stuff is horrid and the docs do very little if anything.
      Going to an allergist and ENT next week. I'll report my findings. Keep at it.

    Holy cow! I've been sick for 2 weeks and in the middle of March I was sick for 2 weeks also. I believe this 2nd time was a relapse of the March sickness. Your video popped up and I figured why not, it can't hurt. Shortly after I started, my nose opened up like a floodgate! Now if I could just get the phlegm actually out of my chest, I feel like I could really start to recover. 2 doctors have told me it's viral and it will have to run its course. 1 did give me antibiotics which did not help nor did mucinex or cold meds. I just so tired if coughing and blowing.
    Thanks for this video!

    I had a bad clogged nose due to allergic rhinitis. Its 12:21am and i was desperate of looking for a remedy or techniques to unclog my nose. Found this video and it helped me a lot. I can finally breathe through my nose though my left nostril is still blocked at least the other one is clear. Its hard to breathe through your mouth cuz it might cause a dryness of your mouth. Thank you so much for this very significant video.

    How relaxing! This actually made me sleepy.🤣 I have severe year-round allergies and this year was particularly bad because our summer bled clear through October, almost reaching 90° one day, which is unheard of in the PNW region. I ended up visiting my doctor because of horrendous sinus congestion, morning headaches, post nasal drip cough, and huge bags under my eyes. I thought I had caught a bug but he said I should have continued using my corticosteroid antihistamine nasal spray throughout October because of the unique weather. I stumbled upon this video and it was like the last bit of self-care I needed for the sinus symptoms, but it's natural and active! Thank you so much!

      I have Never, been like this... My sinises started, last Spring and I can't hear, I am Constantly trying anything to get the pressure out of my head 😞 and I don't know what else to do!! I had been using Flonase, but the ER Dr. Told me that it could be causing a rebound effect!! I have taken antibiotics for a year now and I don't know what too Do... This technique helps, but I am Still not better... I think it's had something to do with Covid-19!¿? I am just So tired, I don't like using meds... It's Always a side effect and I then have to deal with something else!! Hope you are doing better... If ANYONE, knows what might help me, Please share!!??? I've tried, humidifiers, vaporizers, Flonase, Sudafed, Claritin, Zyrtec and I can't get any relief 😤🆘😥

    • @replicantgirl
      @replicantgirl Год назад

      @frannyholland4728 are you using cold air humidifier or warm? Warm makes me stuffier (I have a double deviated septum and year round post nasal drip and congestion). But after going into a copd flare from pneumonia my hospital NP told me to try cold air humidifier to help me breathe and drain my sinuses. I still have to take advil liquid gels sinus medicine (only the liquid gels work, the reg casuals don't) and combined it helps a great deal.
      If you've been on the same antibiotic for a year , it will eventually stop working. 😮 I'm surprised your doctor still has you on it. Please see an ent who can refer you to another specialist if they can't help you.

    • @replicantgirl
      @replicantgirl Год назад +1

      My Ent has also put me on Azelastine, in conjunction with prescription fluticasone (Flonase). My routine is blow my nose, take an Advil cold and sinus liquid gel, spritz both nasal sprays, then lay in a recliner about 140° back. I let everything drain, drinking about 8oz water (hydration is key for sinus drain). After about half an hour I'm good to go for a while. If I'm in cool humidity it makes it stay that way a while. If I'm heading to bed, I make sure my house is under 68°F and have cool humidity (I set it to 68) flowing in my cpap. If you don't need a cpap (yay that's great!) Try putting a cool air humidifier in your room. Just don't put it directly above your head. It will dry your sinuses too much that close by.
      I wish you luck

    I'm so glad I found this channel! Although I've researched quite a bit on healing alternatives, I somehow overlooked lymphatic drainage massage. I hope more people get exposed to this effective therapy and so I'm making my small contribution by commenting, hitting like, and subscribing to the channel. Thank you so much!

    Is there any way you can do a video about lymphatic drainage massage and symptoms of menopause. I have had thyroid cancer and am in direct line for breast cancer so I am looking for options. I have used and thoroughly enjoyed a number of your vidoes. Thanks!

    My daughter had sinuses for three days and no medication worked. I searched for videos I came across this one, I tried this on her. After a minute there’s no noisy snoring and she is sleeping peacefully 😮wow!! She is breathing well.

      Actually, sinuses are the cavities on your faces. Everyone has sinus cavities. When they are inflamed, it’s called sinusitis.
