thanks for sharing! i find it ironic that while Chinese Qigong has been practicing lymphatic stimulation for THOUSANDS of years, western medicine, for the most part, seems to concentrate only on the digestive, respiratory, and circulation systems of the body, pretty much ignoring the lymph system? Kudo's to Cancer Rehab PT TaiChi and Qigong are the healthiest things i have evr done :)

I feel the same. Western medicine has overlooked all the essential elements of being, say it lymphatic system of body energy. They are busy suppressing the symptoms, over phone, as doctors wont see you in person unless they think it’s required after talking (lol) to you over the phone.

Hi Kelly. Thank you so much for your lymphatic draining videos. I was diagnosed with having sarcoidosis (toxins in the lymph nodes). I brought a rebounder, God allowed me to see your video and the rest is history. I incorporate this video, your dry brushing video, and others and I can literally feel the sensation of the drainage in the nodes in my head and neck area. You are so appreciated for what you do. good good good. I like the gentleness of these methods. but there are other methods, which are a bit more, well not so gentle, but as much effective. I'm talking about using a medium hard brush. I personally use this one, because it includes the whole body, not only the upper part of your torso and the face. plus it is a great cleaning system for your skin. I know for a fact that there are many more technics both external and internal to cleanse and stimulate your lymphatic system. and that is great because you have a choice to exercise the one which suits you. as long as you are taking care of your lymphatic system consciously and regularly, it is all good.

I happened to walk into the office just as they were re-opening. They had cancelled most of their appointments for the day because the city has lost power due to winter storms. They decided to re open and starting to call people to come in, when I walked in and was able to be seen, because no one was there. The doctor was alarmed to see this large blister, pocket like thing that appeared in my nasal cheek area. She immediately put me on a low does antibiotic and a topical. I normally follow holistic healing but not all the time. I came across this lymphatic drainage video, I've done dry brushing so I know what this about and it makes sense to me that this will be a benefit to my situation. Thanks, I will be incorporating this into my current daily routine. I sincerely appreciate this.

I’ve just found this video. Thank you, I’m trying it as I’ve had swollen neck, throat for nearly 2 months without answers from Drs so I’m trying this to see if it helps.

I've been seeing a rheumatologist. I wonder why they don't tell you to so this. I just tired it and I'm really hoping it helps. I have lymph nodes swollen everywhere. Thank you for sharing 😊

I git diagnosed with aural vertigo yesterday and was looking for exercises and came upon your video. I tried it once and actually felt the pressure relief. Thank you for this. I will include it in my daily routine.
Do lymph nodes play a role in vertigo?

This so so great. I am waiting to get a broken tooth pulled (in a few days) and have a little infection and have been using heat and massage (in addition to a poultice, herbs etc.) it is keeping it at bay (very mild) but this video is great since I forgot about a few steps. Thank you!!!

This actually felt great! I have been struggling with allergies a lot lately, so this helped a great deal. Do you have any advice/ suggestions for women that are pregnant to help with lymph drainage and comfort?

I've been on various medications since I had a stroke and a couple of cardiac events a couple years ago, and eventually a double bypass surgery that have been making me feel quite groggy. I'm not certain if it's the meds, but I have been getting some discomfort in my neck along with frequently feeling fatigued. ECG and chest MRI have revealed nothing remarkable, so I had nothing to lose by trying these exercises after your video randomly popped up in my feed. They're definitely relaxing and left me feeling less foggy after just one session following your instructions here. Thanks for the video!

Thank you for this helpful and informative life changing recipe to healthful living! I've done quigong during COVID but didn't keep it up. My cousin suggested we go to a fancy pants massage parlor for lymph draining...and I was like no way! Back to it for 3 days/wk. BTW... My background is in MH. This validates the importance of TOUCH Therapy🎉😊❤!

Going to try this! I have post-Lyme issues and it caused poor lymph draining. Sometimes they get so backed up in my neck and arm on one side even the muscles seize. Doctors said my lymph system doesn't drain as quickly as it should, so maybe this will help! Thank you!
