OMG.... this is the story of my life. Went from teaching Ashtanga Yoga to my community for free and working a full-time job, to one day waking up in horrible pain and sick all the time. I have been diagnosed with Autoimmune disease, epilepsy, kidney issues and on and on and on. My body and mind tell me different. They have had me on sooooo much pain and nerve medications I couldn't even think, stay awake or function at all. Cried allll day. I know there has to be some other holistic alternatives.

I am not really into exercise but I have always bounced on my mini trampoline throughout my life to keep the lymphatic system moving. This was recommended to me many years ago. (I'm 69) I try to bounce in 5 minute segments, 3 times a day. I cannot come up with any excuses for this simple exercise 15 minutes a day.! If you have a friend or loved one who is sick, you can get them to sit on the mini trampoline and bounce for them for a few minutes. It will help them drastically. I also move in different ways to keep all the parts 'moving'! So glad to hear that I am doing at least one thing right! Lol Thank you so much for this lecture!

try making sure you’re taking vitamins D, B’s, C bc these will give you energy. try to sit in sun for 25 min a day. Observe if you feel worse when it rains daily. We all start to drag. My immunity is very low. I’m always battling illness. Make sure you walk a little at first but only for pleasure. Don’t push it. eventually you will walk further but jus enjoy the fact that you’re able to take a walk outside.

15 years ago I had my hip replaced while in the hospital the day after and orderly stepped on a drain tube it was in my hip pulled it out. When he picked it up he just wiped it off with a brag that he had in his hand and put it back in my hip and taped it. The next day I had a staff infection and it got bad and they were talking about removing the implant and let it heal before trying to re install it. Then one orthopedic surgeon came in and said we're going to try thi'm gonna give you 2 l of fluid ivy wrap your hip tight and let your liver do what it's designed to do. And in 2 days the staff infection was gone. I got no problems with the artificial hip all these years. Listening to you I now know that it was the limp system and the liver that removed the staff infection. I'm gonna send this video to everybody that I know. Thank you

In Chinese Medicine, the Spleen , Pancreas nourishes the immune/lymphatic system. It's considered the Earth Element. These organs are right below the diaphram. The spleen is like butter, so don't di deep below the left front ribs, due to this delicate nature. Rolfing works very close behind the ribs, which is taught in class. Myo-facial Release technique works the lymphatic nerve web between skin/subcutaneous tissue and the muscles. They stretch that web, so strtching also works this. Chi gong is great for this healing, and so subtle, its hard to understand, but when done with correct posture and movement---it works!

Thank you for sharing this important information. I am part of a large community of women with breast implant illnesses that are struggling to heal after explanting their breast implants. The lymphatic system is unfortunately ignored. With breast implant illness the body is burdened with many toxins including silicon particles, heavy metals, and pathogens. The most important thing is to mobilize these lymph nodes and drain them out. I will start massaging my lymph nodes as you suggested - hoping to see an improvement.

      - Allergic reactions: Tattoo dyes - especially red, green, yellow and blue dyes - can cause allergic skin reactions, such as an itchy rash at the tattoo site. This can occur even years after you get the tattoo.
      - Skin infections: A skin infection is possible after tattooing. Other skin problems: Sometimes an area of inflammation called a granuloma can form around tattoo ink. Tattooing also can lead to keloids - raised areas caused by an overgrowth of scar tissue.
      - Bloodborne diseases: If the equipment used to create your tattoo is contaminated with infected blood, you can contract various bloodborne diseases - including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
      - MRI complications: Rarely, tattoos or permanent makeup might cause swelling or burning in the affected areas during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams. In some cases, tattoo pigments can interfere with the quality of the image.

First time Ive heard a chiropractor talk about lymph. Nice. 11% of the worlds population has Lymphedema. Illness and diseases are caused by the over consumption of sugar and carbs resulting in fatty liver, leaky gut. People become candidates for diabetes, alzheimers etc. Doctors are not talking about the lymphatic system. Why? Because it is NOT a subject studied. As a MLD therapist I find this procedure very simple & straight forward. Adding this simple procedure to my regimes.

I visited his website but the charges seem to be too high and I am not sure if just one consultation would be enough ! Anyways, thanks for sharing! I can hear him all day long😊

Thank you so much . I had cancer in neck and throat 17 years ago. Radical transverse adenopathy. 37 lymph nodes removed from neck and back of brain. I didn't know we had that many. Surgeon said she nicked Vagas Nerve during surgery. Looked like bels palsy or stroke for a long time. I did cesium ph therapy instead of radiation and chemo. It worked. I came down with guillain barr'e syndrome 9 years ago and still have it. It has been much more difficult to deal with and adjust to than the Cancer. I did IVIG therapy for for

Its interesting that I never had my tonsils surgically removed, but as a kid I had many illnesses in which I had extremely swollen tonsils. They must have been doing their intended work and wore away from use because, now, when doctors look for my tonsils, they are certain that the tonsils were removed and convinced that I just dont remember. I would remember such a surgery, believe me! Pretty funny, plus a bit insulting, lol.

I have the same issue! Had a Dr who was actually looking over my husband before surgery and asked her to look at my tonsils. She said they weren’t there! But I was not really a sick kid and definitely not sick as adult. But I did h have mumps as a kid. I wonder if that affected my tonsils?

9:45. Where the large lymph node is in your neck. I had a hard little node in my neck just below ear for years! I have been studying red and NIR light therapy. I have a NIR/Red light sauna. I purchased recently an LED Red/NIR lamp. I thought, ‘I wonder if this would help that node.’ After only 10 minutes each night before sleep for 5 days I stopped not thinking it worked. A month later, talking to my brother about NIR Therapies I put my fingers on my lymph area and the hard node was GONE! It was GONE. After 10 years.

Dr Perry Nickelston was very sick almost a nervous breakdown along with many other diseases. He started looking at the lymphatic system after a workshop. He had an assessment of his lymph glands and those areas were very painful. Check for yourself the biggest lymph node the space below the ear and does it feel puffy. Puffiness is toxins/inflammation that need drainage. The more you move the more you move your lymphatic. Breathing can also move lymph fluids. Most humans sit too much and fluid becomes stagnant. You have to go and manually remove the lymph because of toxins, stress and food. Within one months of doing lymphatics, Dr Perry lost 30 pounds of weight without changing anything. His brain functioned better, brain fog left and had more energy. His mission is to help others. Cell needs nutrients, needs oxygen. If you can’t get rid of the waste the cells can’t get nutrients if waste can’t leave.

I stopped moving when the parks and libraries were shut down last summer. That is when my lymphatic system got stuck. I didn't know that until I got real weak and fell down and went to the hospital. They called it metabolic acidosis and acute kidney injury. I thought that organic veggies and fruits would take care of that, but I am still not moving enough because I don't have any cartilage between my leg bones and hip bones. My legs are draining fluids constantly, so this sounds like the lymphatic system since I am not eating acidic carbohydrates and sugars or meats. What do you think?
One doctor says a diuretic should help, but my legs did not lose their swelling from that even after 6 months. The wound nurse said I should wear very tight ace wraps over the bandages. I couldn't stand the tightness of that so I took them off. I could see that was not a cure.
