      I'm wondering doc if there's a specific routine for the mouth. My 42 year old daughter has inflammation of her gums and needs surgery she was told by 3 dentists , 1 of them a functional dentist. She really doesn't wanna go for the surgery. She has all her teeth , in good shape,, not a single filling at all in her mouth. She had the parasite test done also but it's negative for parasites. We don't understand why she has this issue, having such good teeth . Thanks in advance for responding. 😊

I’ve been really scared the tension here could have starved my brain stem or cerebrum but also the health anxiety ugh (never had this before this recovery hell. I’m always looking for ways to try to help my body nervous system that is a mess. The eye thing got worse after prolonged stress as did nervous system it feels. Sometimes I feel my skull at base like give, mostly after a long crying spell, and it’s like a relief but doesn’t last. The muscles are like tight rubber, but they all are all over. As a survivor of child sexual abuse, my right eye got stuck in a state of hypervigilance always looking behind towards my right side wary of being attacked. This has been the cause of my scoliosis. Sadly, the medical experts don't treat scoliosis as a mind-body issue. They stupidly diagnose most cases of scoliosis as idiopathic (cause unknown) 😢

    • @Somaticralph
      @Somaticralph Год назад +8

      Wow, this is EXACTLY my experience! I'm also a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, dealing with scholiosis and so many mobility issues that I've realized are all connected to my right eye! Sometimes I have a sudden rush of adrenaline and this weird sense of a threat, and it always seems to be coming up on my right side. So I'm under the impression my brain developed a suppression pattern by avoiding to look at a certain point of my visual field, or overly obssessing at a certain point, I'm not sure which one. My visual field just doesn't feel seamless, there is this point of tension there.

    I've been enjoying your videos from this and several other channels and learning so much about lymphedema which this 75 year old male has. But also it seems today my vision had dropped back into blurry. Then the title of this podcast caught my 'eye' no pun intended. The only thing I've been doing different is starting the "Big 6". Now I'm wondering if the fluid/energy movement may have caused some detox that is affecting the eyes.
    Also have had a problem with itchy eyelids for a few years and white goo forming in the corner. That is likely unrelated. But will be doing the pencil exercises. In fact, after doing it a couple of times seems like there was vision improvement actually. Had cataract surgery on both eyes last year, no problems, still use glasses for driving and watching videos if from across the room. Any thoughts or guidance much appreciated. Love your videos and sharing them with others.

      Thank you do much for watching. Eyes and lymph are connected. The eye has distinct lymphatic drainage systems in the anterior and posterior compartments. The posterior drainage system drains through the optic nerve sheath to the deep cervical lymph nodes.

Have been having pain under the skull on the lower right, today. Last week, had an ophthalmological migraine, without headache, the first one in years. Also, for a week, positional vertigo on left, when trying to get out of bed. I know how to stop and fix the vertigo, except it is not supposed to come back each day. Because of fear of vertigo, I have been sleeping on reclining chair or slouched on couch, so not hard to get up, so may be creating posture problems. What can you tell me about the jitteriness. It is just because of the length of my pen, or is it like my mother-in-law used to describe as "dancing eyes"? I never noticed this before.

    So when I lay my head back against a pillow or cushion and either get pain or a burst of vertigo and tinnitus (usually with a minute or so delay) this is ultimately blood flow related? Hello, I’ve been having panic attacks lately especially when driving. My vision would start to become a bit blurry, too much light as well too much motion from the road is making me panic and stop driving.
    Symptoms;
    I have inflammation on my shoulder and neck feel stiff.
    Also had some trauma after bad chiropractic session and then new job stressed me even more.
    Too many hours on computer as well.
    I had my eyes checked at the optometrist and didn’t find anything wrong just dry eyes.
    My question is could the panic attack and stress has to do with my eye twitching really fast and painfully and nerves being pinched??
    I stopped driving because of this situation and I want to find the root of this.
    Please help!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

      @@Rinoula13I've been experiencing the same thing. I start to panic when my vision gets even a little blurry while driving. It's like I'm in a confused state and I can't focus. The lights from the oncoming cars just make it worse and the eyes start to get tired and dry. Did you find anything to tackle this ?

    • @Rinoula13
      @Rinoula13 2 месяца назад

      @@dracostartrekhello, firstly I am really sorry to hear that you are going though the same situation. It’s really a struggle and I feel for you. I personally took some weeks to just rest my nervous system, found seminars of Barbara o Neil that explains what happens with our brain when we have a panic attack and she helped me overcome them. However I haven’t tried driving yet as this is a big traumatic experience for me , but I notice that when I get in the car for somebody else to drive me somewhere, I start to get the eye twitch and can’t handle the lights from cars. Perhaps too much traffic, lights are making me uncomfortable. And I recently saw a video about a girl having same situation and she had BVD Binocular Vision Dysfunction.
      I will look this up with a neuro-optometrist and see if it’s this. This can come from prolonged stress, misalignment of upper neck and too much screen time.
      Firstly I would suggest to find the way to take control over your panic attacks, and you can, you can control the thoughts. Just laugh it out even if you don’t feel like it, and then seek a chiropractor and an optometrist to check out if you have BVD. I will keep you updated when I go to optometrist.
      Otherwise, if I don’t have BVD, it might be the anxiety I get when I am in the car that dilates my pupils allowing more light in and getting a brain fog.
      I hope you take care of yourself. Try to find the root. Keep me posted. All the best!

    • @dracostartrek
      @dracostartrek 2 месяца назад +1

      @@Rinoula13 Sure. I'll keep you posted. And thanks a lot for taking the time out to reply.
      Do you also feel like your eye muscles are always fatigued, making you avoid the sun either by wearing sunglasses or not going out at all? I don't know what exactly is the root cause: is it the eyes or the neck? Because they're both interconnected and pain or tension in one spot directly affects the other.
      When I put a warm compress on my eyes, it just melts away the tension in the posterior neck muscles for some time. On the other hand, when I massage my suboccipital muscles, it kind of eases the tension in the eyes and blurry vision.
      Have got every test done but everything comes back normal.
      Don't know what exactly I should do next, should I do exercises that target my neck or my eyes, it's all so debilitating and confusing. Looking at screens has been a nightmare since all it does is make me feel like the back of my neck is pulling and my eyes just dry out and get a little blurry.
      Are you facing these symptoms and what exactly are you doing to take care of your eyes/ neck right now? Would love to share tips and find a solution together!

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  Месяц назад

      Good question. Once is usually enough. Don't let the simplicity of it fool you.
      It can be very powerful. Doing it more than once a day may cause an intense detoxification reaction. Which is just where are you overwhelm the body's ability to eliminate the waste. You can work up to twice a day as long as you still feel good
