Wonderful video! I have been dry brushing for little over a year now due to gaining 70 lbs for my pregnancy and losing the fat but having all that skin was very itchy. My skin feels so incredible I would suggest it to anyone Thank you again and YOU ARE GLOWING!
My fathers' first wife has been into this all her life (she's 85 now) and swears by it, especially when she's going into the sauna. She claims it's helped her decrease liver spots on the skin but I have no idea if that's true. I just can't do it because the feeling of the dry brush against my skin makes my stomach turn.
Sure! Here is the dish soap: www.azurestandard.com/shop/product/household-family/kitchen/dishwashing/dish-soap/smiley-sudz-dish-soap-fragrance-free/21068?package=NF1618&a_aid=bH7Rv4Dgy2 And I actually get Boulder Clean laundry detergent from Costco: amzn.to/3jILtaP
It might be too much, but it's hard to say for sure. You could try it on a small area and see how your skin likes it. Or you could alternate and do them each on a different day :)

Very interesting, thanks for sharing!
Should each person have their own brush or is it ok to share?
I have heard about it and need to incorporate dry brushing. I do have a face brush- how do you do that?
For the face brush, I've seen people either do strokes towards the center of the face, or circular motions :)
This is intriguing. Could you explain the science of how this works? ~Charlotte

Hi, this is a question about a video a while back. I was wondering what brand of laundry and dish soap you order from Azure?
Sure! Here is the dish soap: www.azurestandard.com/shop/product/household-family/kitchen/dishwashing/dish-soap/smiley-sudz-dish-soap-fragrance-free/21068?package=NF1618&a_aid=bH7Rv4Dgy2 And I actually get Boulder Clean laundry detergent from Costco: amzn.to/3jILtaP
After dry brushing would it be okay to use a mildly exfoliating soap in the shower or could that be too much if you have a sensitive skin like me?
It might be too much, but it's hard to say for sure. You could try it on a small area and see how your skin likes it. Or you could alternate and do them each on a different day :)
its unfortunately not the correct way :( it doesn't help at all if yoy dint open the notes before you move the liquid
How often should one do this ? Every bath 🛁? Intro phase ??
I like to do it before every detox bath :)
